    Been doing OMAD solid for the last 30 days. I agree it's a huge time saver and super beneficial for sleep and hormones. I feel so solid when I IF 16/8 and I'am down 30+lbs since October! Great video and look to more in the future!

    When you go over your meals will you also go over the supplements that you take? I know they are mtn ops but if you could give us an in depth look at all the products you use and the benefits you get from them. Thanks love the videos!

    I’m always on the go. I’ve been doing intermittent fasting for a while now. I’m also on a mostly meat diet with very little to no carbs and I feel 10 times better then I have in a long time.

    What do you do if you and your family or you and your friends go out for dinner say on the weekend or something? Do you just order water?

    One meal A-day works absolutely awesome. I suggest panda China. You can get 2 mates and steamed vegetables for under 10 bucks I dropped 10 pounds in a week.

    On a hunt do you change the time of your meal? Would a huge meal like that right before a hard hike in make it difficult?

      Rob Kreis I hike early and get on top before daylight. I eat after the hike and am ready to rip once the sun comes up.
