Beautiful family man, Just listened to the #ketosavage podcast yesterday on the way to work and got all pumped listening to you two talking about 3 of my loves hunting, iron and keto! All 3 have changed my life! Growing up hunting has always been a passion especially bowhunting. Health and iron came later at the age 39 i had ballooned up to 525lbs. I lost my love for most things feeling my self literally dyeing. I had enough and said no more, diet and exercise i lost 325lb. In 2.5 yrs. And developed the love of iron.. able to have my life back hunting was a love i could do again and more effective then ever! Year and a half ago i started keto... game changer.... I found this cool cat on an episode of #hushin shooting a badass looking bow, ripped and find out hes keto. Im like this is who i want be when i grow up lol.
