    Been doing the 16/8, 5x a week for the last month. Feel good lost a few pounds. When ur fasting do u still continue the bcaa and the preworkouts?

      Thanks brotha for the response. Getting myself ready for a Colorado elk hunt this sept. Diet has been on point , down total 20 pounds. Shooting my bow 3x a week. Can’t wait. Been watching all your videos. Very motivational. Keep up the good work
