I usually fast about 3 times a week with only one meal a day. But it’s 2 meals a day the rest of the week. But that’s what works for me. We are all different.
Working midnight patrol I usually try to eat my last meal around 3 am then a protein shake on the way home in the truck at 7. I’ve tried to sleep from 830 am to 230 pm to get up and train with no food and try to have a post workout shake after the work out and I’ve noticed a huge difference in my training for sure. I’ve lost a bunch of weight and my lifts have gone way up as well as my cardio. Great video! Thanks for the tips as always!
Some of my best workouts are in the morning when I haven't ate for 12 to14 hours or late in the day when I had an early launch.Some times I'm not hungry after the late workout and I will skip dinner.Thanks for these kind of videos it makes you think about how you eat and what you eat.
Believe it or not but when your in ketosis and fasting it's the perfect time to workout or do cardio. Double to fat being burned with extra ketones to fuel you along
