I know Henry and Jeannie wont read this but the Rock and Vin Deisel scene, they weren't in the same frame as each other because they weren't in the same shot. They were having IRL beef with each other and those shots are their stunt doubles. That's why when you see either Vin Deisel or Rock talking (even when Rock walks up) you never see the other persons face. They were talking to the other persons stunt double and nowhere near each other during shooting.
Also the forced perspective is rediculous. The head sizes don't make sense. You can tell they aren't standing in front of the double but either a little closer or farther off to the side

You have to understand that these guests are Koreans without a full understanding of the English language yet. Tonygee seemed to be further along than hachi was. Looking at it from hachi’s perspective, she may not have fully understood, or even partially, every joke. In those situations, I’ve found that people would rather smile and nod that continually asked for something to be explained because they become embarrassed.
