      Just snorkel a timber wolf and it cuts out but take the snorkel off it runs good so doI need to go bigger in jet size

    • @borninabarncustoms6767
      @borninabarncustoms6767  Před 3 lety

      You should have to go smaller with your jets main and pilot more restriction will make it run rich. A bigger less restrictive snorkel will help to. You will lose some power no matter what with a snorkel cause it makes it more restrictive. Also it depends how you ran the snorkel. Did you run it off the airbox still using the air cleaner or straight off the carb?

    Just a tip: you might set the engagement speed lower on the CVT for smoother input

      Theres no cvt on this bike. It has a real 5 speed semi auto transmission

    I have one that i just put a new carb on ran great but after a while it started to idle really high loosened the throttle srew a good bit but it still does it dunno if the needle is stuck a certain way or not still drives fine jusy idles really high in neutral and moves on its one in gear

    • @borninabarncustoms6767
      @borninabarncustoms6767  Před 2 lety +2

      Check the adjustment on your throttle cable might not be the carb. If that doesn't work spray something flammable around intake gaskets, if it idles up when you do that it's hot a bad gasket.

      Man its probably burning oil. Top end kits are pretty cheap. I think they are a little over $100. New jug, piston, and gaskets.
