    *popsters! Please protect your knees, your back, and your joints. The worst thing ever is to have chronic pain and soreness in those areas so much so that you cannot move. Do it while you're young so that you can sustain yourself while you're old :-) I'm 21 years old and the more I talk to elderly, the more I start to realize the importance of this and to not take your health and Mobility for granted!*

    • @colecody3632
      @colecody3632 Před 5 lety +18

      theFitty so true. I’m 36 and I already have chronic knee pain. I was told that the cartilage in between my joints is deteriorating at an early age. I’ll probably need knee replacement by the age of 45-50. There are so many exercises I could have done not to prevent but to slow some the progression I guess. But most of them are more effective with EARLY detection. So I’m saying all of this to say go to the doctor people! At the first sign of pain or even slight discomfort go see someone have some testing done! My knees first started bothering me at 24 or 25 and I just ignored it 😩 I even worked jobs like stocking shelves and stuff were I had to be on my knees for prolonged periods of time smh I could have easily bought a pair of knee pads or a cushion.

    I got so excited and immediately clicked this video when I saw it was knee-friendly!! I’ve had knee pain/problems for years (since middle school), and after it flared up particularly badly these past couple summer months, I formally got diagnosed with patellafemoral syndrome. I’m basically gonna have to deal with it for the rest of my life, but with specific exercises I can at least alleviate some of the pain and discomfort and strengthen the muscles around my knee so that the symptoms can improve. But until my knees get to that point, it’s recommended that I don’t do anything that’ll put too much pressure/stress on my knees, so I’ve had to cut out and edit a lot of my workouts, but this video is great! You’re one of my favorite workout channels and the fact that I can start again makes me really happy. Thank you so much, Cassey!! ❤️

    You are awesome Cassey! This totally killed me but I really enjoyed it. I tore my PCL in January and this is the first workout I've found where I don't feel pain in my knee or hear any scary popping sounds. Thank you so much for helping me find a little confidence again!!

    Thank you SO MUCH for this video! Ever since a track injury and a snowboarding injury both knees give me problems. And it sucks because I'm only 21. I really appreciate this! Please make more

    This one felt like a great cool down! I like doing the more intense ones at the beginning and then ending with the "easier" ones... although none of Cassey's workouts are easy!

    Thank you. I need more cardio workouts...about 2 months ago, I went to my doctor complaining about a long list of aches and pains, and having a cold after every workout. He told me I was working out too often, and I shouldn't start until I've done enough cardio to get my heart rate up before I start exercising. And I should have a cool down session afterwards, too.

    Girl, u literally MADE THIS WORKOUT FOR ME!! Bc 1.) I had a knee surgery a couple years ago and I really only do ur non jumping/hoping moves and 2.) I purchased a WHOLE YEAR subscription on ur app bc I had a $100 Visa gift card from my grad party, however my dad had to go to the drugstore to get another card bc of the tax issue we didn’t know about! 😬I’m sooo excited 😊
