Rich!! Glad to see you back and doing well😀 I would say keep the rare ones, or a handful of rare ones. Sell the rest! All RCs are fun in their own way, but the rare ones may be very hard/expensive to replace

First, and foremost, glad to see you're alive, Richie. I'm sure I'm not the only one you had worried about what might have happened to you. It wasn't too long after driving you & you're family to/from SFO before you moved from the SF Bay Area...and, then, not too long after that when you 'disappeared'. I tried emailing, calling, and texting you, all to no avail. I would have called John to find out what might have happened, but you never gave me his number...so, I commented to one of his videos, and even he (at least, at that point in time...I'm guessing, he probably knows now) didn't know.
Definitely glad to see your safe & sound (ok, as 'sound' as a Driftomaniac can get...lol). Curious as to why you might have the Lotus 7 covered...but, as you said, you'll cover (or, should I say, "uncover") that in an upcoming video. In regards to selling & buying, I'll leave the 'selling' comments to others...but, as for what to buy, so much has been released in your "absence".
A company out of China, called Rlaarlo, released a 1/10 on-road vehicle - the AK-917, with a body based on the famed Porsche 917 - designed primarily as a speedrun car, as well as a 1/12 off-road desert racer - the AM-D12, both of which could be excellent additions to your collection. Losi came out with the Promoto MX, which is an outstanding 2-wheeled RC. I can't remember if it was released before, or after, your disappearance, but ProBoat added a 42" catamaran (Blackjack 42), and a 'rescue' tugboat (Horizon Harbor), to their offerings (since I know you 'used' to have boats, including (if I remember correctly) a ProMarine Skater). Also, Losi recently released the V2 of the Baja Rey...that's something that could do with some Driftomaniacs "upgrading".
There's a few suggestions, to start. Don't know if you're phone number is still the same...but, if it is, I could call you...and, if it isn't, let me know, and I'll send you an email (I'm still rocking the same Silicon Valley area code number). Btw, as of 9.5 months ago, I no longer live in San Jose. I'm now in Las Vegas...so, if you and/or your family decide to visit "Sin City", finally give me an advance 'heads-up', and we can catch up in-person. Hope to see more videos...a LOT more...from you soon. And, work that, gotta get ready for work (Chauffeurs don't get "time off"). 🤙🏼

Hey rich! Good to see you back. I think you should get rid of the rovan on road car and get a rovan gas Baja. They’re the most fun at the cheapest price in the whole hobby in my opinion. $500-600 for a 22+ pound gas burning beast, and they’re real fast too.

Don't sell your HPI WR8 FLUX. All the kings horses and all the kings men couldn't put vintage humpty dumty kyosho together again 🤣 . And what do need in your life, you need sone HoBao in your life, with the 1/8 scale hyper GT , VT , VS2 😁 . You already have the best ARRMA with the infraction in your collection so you have that covered, you could get your hands on the extremely affordable 1/14 scale LC RACING EMB-RA RALLY car, which is absolutely a stonking deal for the money . With the well known branded KYOSHO, you could try the KYOSHO fazer mk2 1969 chevrolet camaro Z28 VE, as its the only VE edition on road KYOSHO street car available now, but it's nearly double the cost of the LC RACING EMB-RA RALLY, but your paying for the scale body shell and the branded KYOSHO name. One more on road car that i think is worthy give it's price performance ratio is the 1/8 scale MAVERICK R FLUX MUSCLE CAR edition in grey, an extremely good value and solid all plastics on road car for a 1/8 scale at an extremely affordable price . Out of the three HoBao Hyper i mentioned the one with the most technically quality and build parts is the hyper VS2 racing buggy, The GT is a 1/8 scale on road rally car, and the VT is on road race track car. At this moment in time i don't think there are really any others that i considering worth a mention for on road RC cars .
Sell half of those toys and buy a set of drums or a guitar. I guarantee you will enjoy it 100 times more.

It looks like you have an insane amount of space to work on your rc cars, so why do you show off your collection when nearly, if not all, of them are incomplete, missing parts, not ready to run, taking parts from one to give to another, it just looks lame to me..
