That makes so much sense. I had only 550 cc of fat transferred to each one of my buttocks that was taken mostly from my flanks , I believe that most of them has survived. Everyone is surprised that how my butt got so much bigger while I didn’t have lots of fat in my body .

Great video! The question is, how does one know if they are “tight” in that area? Without scheduling an in person consultation how would you as the doctor know who’s tight and getting that Ogee look(concave line) is not in the cards for them? Thank You

I had my first BBL 10 months ago!! A lot of fat didn't survive!! So Dr. Williams your my last hope!! I will see you for my round 2 BBL and we will see what you can do for me!! Hopeful in Texas 🤠!!

If you starts weight lifting after a bbl so you start building more muscle all over your body but especially on your butt area. Wouldn’t this burn all that fat that was transferred?
This has always been a issue or me ( Tight skin) which is why I have had 4 bbl's in the span of 10 years. The fat does NOT survive in that tight skin.......BUT, for me- I noticed that as I've gotten each BBL, my skin stretches more to hold more fat on the next procedure. I'm going in 1 last time to FIX the flat areas since my skin accepts more and more fat as i go back. This last one should suffice!!!!! Thanks Doc

If a patient gets a bbl and tummy tuck combo is there a limit to how much fat can be transferred to buttocks and hips ?
Only 1000 ml can be removed at the same time a TT is performed. That's why it's advised to do the TT first, let that heal and come back. The limit of fat that can be removed for a BBL is then 4000.
Oh and that's if you have that much available in the areas of lipo that you are including.
What if a patient only wants a “subtle” BBL? Would you ever under fill a pt so that the butt does not end up being bigger than the pt wants?

Is it possible to ask not to be filled in the hip area? I would like to keep my hip dips and just get projection in the butt. I think it looks more natural.
Yes of course you can. However, for all of my patients I fill in the hip dips because that is the convex part of the OGEE. But just discuss it with your surgeon that you prefer to keep your hip dips prior to your surgery and I am certain they will agree.
I have huge hip dips can a bbl completely fill those dips ?

Dr Williams, I would like to know and how your nurses choose your patients cause I was rejected and told that I was not a candidate for not having not even small hips for you to do the ogee curves , and you will not do it due to your high demand also if was not the first time. I was sad and big disappointment not been able to hear that from you or at least see you. I waited a year for that appointment and even paid just to see a nurse. Your nurse referred me to use other Drs at the same facility I felt like meat market when you choose your best meat to do artwork and throw the rest, even an artist will do art and all kind of paper. How will do know if a person has at least an option to think on plastic surgery?

@@stacytyler-carrol9771 I was reading from other comments that his office will schedule appts or consultation but then later cancels on you and say he won’t operate on you. I think he prefers to operate on women that has more fat to suck out or just the thicker women and not thin women. He seems to be a really great bbl surgeon though
@@4evadiamonds667 this means he actually cares about the patients and not just the money. If not he wouldn’t operate on just about everyone. People will complain regardless 🤦♀️
