Okay, now this video has me sold because I absolutely love what you said about how when you put the fat too high up on the hip. It's a very jarring unnatural line.
I love love love that you truly take into account what we would look like in nature if we were given these shapes. I feel too many doctors don't think about that and that is why I've been hesitant about getting this surgery for years. I also decided to just take the gym route but after 4 years in the gym I'm starting to get a little discouraged by my lack of dramatic change. I do love my body very much but i do just feel like I'm still missing that umph to my butt hough. and possibly contemplating surgery again.
Anyway I say all that to, this is the first video that's ever made me feel confident about this surgery because too many of surgeons make you look unnatural and that is my biggest fear.

IF you are happy at 2 days--just wait! It gets better and better. Make sure to roll. That is how you get the softest skin and it helps with the numbness and with the pain as well. You can roll immediately right on the faja and then as you can tolerate it you can roll right on your skin.

I really appreciate your educational videos. Your work is fantastic. I have had some very unsatisfactory, disappointing surgery in Guadalajara in 2023. Expensive. No recourse. Total loss of trust. Blood thinners don't affect fat survival. Personally I don't operate on patients on blood thinners.

Can you do vacuum therapy "cupping" after your bbl if your a few years/ year post op for more projection? To overall make the butt bigger or will it that ruin your result
I don't think that would work.

Okay she looked good. I love the natural look. The hip area is not extreme but I still like a hip dip.
Yes some people love hip dips. I fill them in because that is the look I like and it follows the Ogee line which I like as well. Everyone likes something different. Go to a surgeon who prefers to leave the hip dip unfilled and you will get the look you like. It is all personal preference. There is no right or wrong.

What if someone you are doing doesnt have alot of fat, im very skinny and have alot of chest area that i would like to remove. Since im so skinny and its hard for me to gain weight, i always assume that I cant get a BBL. I always wonder and hope that i could transfer breast fat to my butt so that i can still have a BBL. It would make me feel more confident and better about myself.

I don't think of it that way. I think a better way is to get to your lowest BMI you can before surgery. Less complications and better results. Eat clean, exercise and then have surgery. That's how you can get the very best results. Recovery is no joke. The surgery is expensive. Get yourself in the best possible situation prior to having surgery so you have the fewest problems and get the very best results.
Please answer but if you have had filler (hyracorp) 2 years ago and get it dissolved can you still get a Bbl
Most dr won’t do bbl if they find foreign objects in your body, they have bbl ultrasounds machine now in lot of places

Personally I don't inject fat into patients who have had any type of fillers regardless of the time frame or whether they have been dissolved or not. I worry about infection. For me it is a safety issue.
I carry majority of my fat in my thighs. You mentioned adding fat TO the legs, but what about doing lipo on the thighs as well? Is that not something that you do, because that's another area that I want smaller, not larger
I do do inner thigh lipo. When I am talking about adding fat to the thighs I am talking about the area related to the outer thigh. Here is a video explaining inner thigh liposuction.

If you could do liposuction in the back and just fill the gaps of the butt without removing the flanks, would it cause problems to the body for reducing so much the fat in one time and do u think it looks aesthetic in your eyes as a doctor?
I only perform lipo 360 to get the Ogee. I can't skip parts of the body.

She looks amazing pre and post surgery and I 100% get why everyone is saying that you can achieve this with a good diet and work out but I feel like it’s a bit insensitive to say here, especially since the average person doesn’t know a whole lot about how losing fat works and making assumptions about this person from a 1 minute video of them
From my own research, understanding, and personal experience, you lose fat EVERYWHERE on your body and your stomach fat is the most stubborn and last to go, “just focus on that area” that works with muscles, not fat
I’m speculating she got a BBL cuz she likes being curvy and doesn’t want to lose her already natural curves and is just insecure about her stomach/waist area
Plus if you have a good doctor who actually cares about you and not your money they would most likely tell you all your options during your consultations
