I'm skinny fat,I take orilsate and that has made me lose lots of weight / fat but I still have a belly that I'd really like to get flattened and i don't really want want a bbl just to be shaped .but I'm not sure if otistae has got rid of my internal fat?

Lose weight. Your body prefers to burn the internal fat first. You will still have enough external fat for a BBL but you will have a flatter stomach after your BBL.
Would a person with a similar body composition be a candidate for a tummy tuck?
There is no extra skin to tuck, and like he said, it's hard to lipo that internal fat. Ull have to lose weight, and if extra skin is left, then u get a lipo tuck combo

As close to normal as possible is the best. I will wait until a patient has an A1C below 7.0
How long is your waiting list? I been sending in photos and answering the necessary questions needed to get an consultation but no one has given me a consultation date yet. So far I had 2 text messages and one email. Nothing! It’s been 2 weeks.
You have to wait longer I waited about 1 mth before getting and appointment go on instagram n chat with them that’s how I got through n by calling the office! Just to give u an idea I got my surgery date given in March 2021 n my surgery is in August 2022 !!

yep. especially since some will gain fat back anyway. she would have to ABSOLUTELY stick to a strict diet and change her lifestyle just to maintain her 'after surgery' look. once fat cells are removed they never come back but if he can't reach them they are still there.
No, most of the weight gained after a bbl will go to the butt, the area where they did the fat grafts.
Can laser be used to decrease visceral fat / internal fat ?
No the only treatment for internal fat is weight loss.

No they are not related. The lack of internal fat will give you a flat stomach after a tummy tuck or after lipo.

Wow, I was 121lbs, gained 15lbs for surgery, had my pre op appointment the day before my surgery, since I was coming from out of state, then the Surgeon examined me and said I have a lot of internal fat in my abdomen, weeks after lipo, I noticed my tummy looks just the same ,like I never got a liposuction, so now my results is bad, and im going to get a round 2 bbl, I may have to work out and lose the belly fat before round 2.

Internal fat…. It’s all under skin so isn’t it all internal?
No the internal fat is behind the muscle and the superficial fat is above the muscle. But all of that is under the skin.
