Hey Paul! Thanks for content and very frequent uploads. However, can you give us an overview of all your programs in the app in a own dedicated video? Because before I would commit to a subscription, I would like to know exactly what is inside! Kind regards from Austria

Thanks, this really helps to make sense of it. 😊 I do climbing so I'm quite good at pull ups but proper form isn't there yet but don't get me started on dips! I can do about 3, 2 on rings, but up to nearly 10 push ups already. 😅

Paul, thanks for your videos. I also (above comments) would like more details on how the app, follows along with your outline in this video. For me I have strengths in some areas and weaknesses in other so a program for my levels may not be the same as a cookie cutter program. Also I dont know which exercises to do when on what days and how to progress or which ones to progress to? It may take me 5 years+ to get to your level but I think I can do it, with help...

I've made each program in the app short enough to be stacked so you can combine different Strength Skills, Balance and Mobility to fit your current level/goals. This video should help explain. czcams.com/video/CxtTG7XXnO4/video.html I'm also asking for constant feedback and requests so I can keep fine tuning everthing

Hi, i bought your programme, just wanted to ask 2 qns:
    - Splits you mentioned are Bend Arm Strength, Straight Arm Strength, Pull, rest then repeat them?
    - If one of your programme i can’t do a particular move e.g shoulder stand (handstand pushup) should i repeat this training the next one until i can do it or move on?

Great, keep sending any feedback or requests. In the 'Video to Follow" Tab there is section for Programming watch 'How to Schedule Your Week'. If you struggle with any of the movements within the program use the 'Swap Exercise' button for easier or harder progressions. Let me know if you need any added

How many days a week/hours do you personally spend on hs stuff and bw movement?
