@@jesterpokerIt's risky and danerous but "Nothing Ventured,Nothing Gained"..Having said that,those tribes are scared and fear turns to anger,remember the guy that tried to convert them and the Bible stopped an arrow(SHOT BY A CHILD) and he bolted outta there with arrows whizzing past his head,Oh and another thing.The tribes make those arrows such that if you think that you're gonna be safe if you duck under water NO,Just leave them alone,I agree with you....WHY?What can possibly be learned/thaught by these people except how to die

4:21 That broke my heart when he told us about the caiman that was killed so viciously. Nothing is more horrifying to a person that truly cares and has respect for a certain group of animals than to find an animal like this. It's probably the hardest part about this kind of work.

I totally agree with you about "the touch" of an animal, it is a whole different experience. I had the chance to hold a wild juvenile gator and I felt like I was holding something "PRICELESS". It is one the more memorable experiences of my life. I could not understand how humans could trash something like this or just use the hide to make money. It's a hard feeling to describe but you described is perfectly Mr. Lex.

Florida man here. Caiman are a lot more like alligators than crocodiles. They're fairly safe to be around if you follow a couple rules. Crocs are way scarier and the Amazon doesn't have crocs for some reason that I don't know.
