09:26 This is where the problem is with alien talk: we have footage of uap filmed by military, radar data, highly trusted pilot seeing things flying in way we can't conceive, we have proof of secretly funded program studying this "phenomenon" for decades, we have a full list of reported encounter from the ordinary man to the air force pilot to the commercial pilot, but we still "haven't film anything or don't have proof of it". Proof is there, but people either dismiss it being part of a secret military program or any other thing they prefer to believe in than the actual truth coming from those data that we already have. We could have tomorrow an alien spaceship hovering the Eiffel Tower and people will say "it's CGI" or "it's CIA", although they will being in front of it, seeing it.

Let's assume an Alien came down and held a press conference at the nearest Cracker Barrel with thousands of people in attendance. The aliens then communicated with humans and shared advice that would bring people together, which would allow us to build a stronger society. Then let's assume half the population believed it wasn't a hoax and could convince 3/4 of the population with evidence that the event was true. In a few thousand years, people will grow skeptical just because humans are contrarions and will become skeptical just because everyone believes a similar ideology. People will disagree simply because they want to disagree with popular opinion. People's doubts will grow over time, and it will eventually end up as another myth or conspiracy. People will assume all the information and evidence were manipulated by man in order to gain control of the people.
Eventually, it will come down to "faith" again, and people will call you a fool for having faith in something that can't be proven.

The problem with that is that we truly don't know what the odds of life appearing are. If the odds of life happening on a planet is 1% then there should be life everywhere. However if the odds of life happening on a planet is 10^-200 then statistically we would be the only life in the entire universe. We don't know which is closer to the truth, 1% or 10^-200, so we can't make any conclusions about alien life no matter how big the universe is.
