As long as the Earth moves at this pace, its fate is inevitable, like Saturn, Jupiter, etc. Humans will not tolerate the changes, so the knowledge and history we have acquired must be handed over to the AI in order for development to continue. @@nickhayden2299 I agree. I think this is "full disclosure." It's baffling to me that you can have govt whistleblowers, a senate subcommittee, scientists from ivy league institutions all saying the phenomenon is real, and there are still people who are insisting there is "no evidence."
Its actually scary to me that people are this unwilling to admit they were wrong or this close minded and self diluted to be unable to step back and look at the big picture and admit aliens are real....I mean, what would qualify as evidence? Saw mine during sunset, many people saw it. Metallic-looking, flashing lights, left the atmosphere so fast it made the space shuttle look like slow motion. It was the talk of the radio until a government agency called in and said stop talking about it. Paradigm shifting.

@@joncooke9515 yes, mine is kinda similar, few years back me and my wife went out for supper I think around 12:00am to 1:00am early morning, in Malaysia there's a kind of restaurant call Mamak it's 24/7, we chose a table outside on a grass field with a open skyview, I'm looking at the stars while waiting for the food and I saw a star that is so bright suddenly move slowly, I pointed at that thing and ask my wife to look, she said it's just a plane or a drone, I said but before I saw it's station there not moving, and suddenly it shoot of into the sky or space disappeared instantly, it's like someone point laser at the sky speed but there's no cloud, that couldn't be laser.

Father-in-law was WWII Air Force pilot and in the 1950's he was a salesman who travelled in Ohio. He was driving down a rural road in the day time and came upon a circular object hovering just above the ground. As he approached , it "folded up on itself" and rose straight up in the air and then shot off at a very high speed. He said that he had never told anyone in decades , until I asked him if he'd ever seen a UFO in the 1980's. He said that he was sure that our government did not have anything like that in the 1950's. I also asked the mother of a student if she had ever seen a UFO , and she told a story of growing up in Tampa, FL, and having seen a long object "about the size of a football field" hover quietly above her neighborhood street. She stood watching , along with her father, and other neighbors were looking up at it , too. It silently , slowly moved off, and no one ever spoke of it, she said. She was always sus, though, being thin and tall, blonde and pale white with big eyes. Her little boy looked just like her. I also have an article from the Ithaca Journal , where thousands of people in upstate NY , in the late 80's or early 90's , observed an object one night hovering, and traveling for miles. My parents saw it near their house. Whatever it was, it was cigar shaped, had lights, and was silent. It also went over a stadium, and it wasn't the Goodyear blimp. Just ask random people if they have ever seen a UFO, and you will be surprised how many people have.
It's not an ulterior desire to protect us that prevents disclosure. It's outright greed for absolute power from those in control that drives them to keep humanity under their collective thumb, unaware of our profound connection to a multitude of intelligent beings in our universe.

My cousin Jeremy and I observed a low flying aircraft, moving very slowly over us in Southern Manitoba (around 1986/7. I was 12 or 13. Over our family homestead, a few miles North of Bield, MB.). It took several minutes for it to pass by us. There were no markings on the vehicle. It was bright silver, and somewhat airplane shaped, but more like a cigar shaped jet. There were no windows or doors visible. It had short wings (too short), and flew low to the ground (way too low), above the trees and lake that we were nearby. The air had a distinct low vibrating HUM, rather than the kind of sound that a jet or airplane would make. We were the kinds of kids who had an interest in stories about any kind of fortean phenomena, but had never actually taken any of it seriously until that afternoon. We confirmed with each other a couple of decades later, that we had experienced the same thing. I had come across a newspaper article at one point looking for any other reports, and had found one (I can't remember the paper, but likely the Winnipeg Free Press or Brandon Sun ... I remember it being a small local paper from Manitoba). Several other sightings took place, though I don't recall there having been any actual explanation found. It was NOT fast moving, it took quite some time to pass over us. Not saying aliens, but still, not something that we could explain normally. Definitely NOT a "weather balloon". It was shaped like a long silver jet with short wings.
With all due respect, millions of people have stories like yours. Seeing ufos and having contact is actually quite common. It’s just ignored that’s all. I actually think it’s beyond even being a state secret. Somehow, humans seem to have been put to sleep to not react, to ignore the phenomenon, to turn away, to go back to sleep. Most, not all, (certainly not me) humans seem to be asleep and can’t react to any of this. I’m beginning to think this goes beyond secrets and has more to do with the phenomenon blocking human receptivity. It’s impossible that there could be so much evidence, so many whistleblowers, so many credible people like Karl, and yet it’s ignored every single day by the media and by almost everyone. No one around me in my working world reality discusses the phenomenon. I know only 2 people who will discuss this with me. Everyone else changes the conversation. And I know it’s not me but them where there is some kind of mental or psyhic dysfunction or lack of awareness taking place. It’s incredibly frustrating. Sometimes I feel like Chicken Little screaming that the sky is falling and no one will pay attention!

But sometimes I get frustrated that even when I tell them what I have seen, they ignore it by saying that I had a dream or maybe I was just imagining things. Like do they think that I am stupid? If I had gone crazy, why don’t I see these sightings frequently? Well it is what it is. I have no proof aside from my word and because of this I stopped making a fool of myself in their eyes. It's very encouraging to finally hear someone saying those things which allies of humanity briefings confirmed for me years ago. The disclosure is inevitable and it's our right to know the truth. The public is loaded with stigma, and by and large, any politician touching this subject will look like a charlatan to the average educated voter. The average person doesn't want to know about this. The only reason people aren’t freaking out is because its not a united effort by the government to disclose and major news stations aren’t endorsing it. But this is someone who worked officially on this program disclosing what he knows. So if you put two and two together this is about as official as it gets. If you are paying attention this is huge. Just because the government isn’t all out disclosing doesn’t mean this isn’t a completely valid form of disclosure

i have been in to this subject since 1970's watching Leonard nemoy "in search of" tv show.. then watching sightings on a Friday night in 90'slistening to art bell ,and George noory Linda moulton Howe. this gentleman has the most clear eyed ,educated, informed statements i have ever heard on this topic..he is in the know but is speaking facts of what disclosure all entails...salute and i will be looking forward to listening to this gentleman again..

The truth is, the news isn’t good. It never was, not since this all started in 1947. If the government did come out to say ‘yep they’ve been here and we talked to them - one even stayed with us in Dayton for a couple of years’. Then they would also have to say ‘and here’s how they look at us, what they think about us, and what they want’. And they can’t say that. Ever. End of society if that ever gets out.
The government is just slowly feeding us information so it’s Not a shock. They’ve already come out and said that they have evidence of Off-world crafts. I don’t understand how people could look past that?

Ex military dudes come out and admit everything. It just doesn’t work like that. The secrecy is so deep there can never be any official disclosure. The only disclosure now possible is a staged disclosure by the non human intelligences themselves. And you’ll also be waiting a long time for that as well. They would’ve done it by now already if they had any intention. They’ve had Millenia, centuries and centuries to come out, there have been countless, immeasurable opportunities for the NHI to disclose. So many trace landings, so many abductions, so many missile interruptions, so many junctions where disclosure could’ve easily come forward. And yet it never did. And I don’t believe ever will. Not in the way humans imagine it will, anyway. There will be an accident of some kind which may propel disclosure but it will not be revealed in any way via management or political agreement. There will be no “Arrival” like in the movie. No president standing before a pulpit to admit he lied. No grand gestures or sweeping his total revelations. That’s not how reality in this world operates. Life is not a movie. There are no “happy endings” or tidy resolutions. None of that. Sorry to tell you all this truth but I can see by the deluded comments in here that there is a great deal of ignorance and delusion regarding the topic in you tube. Time to get real.

This man looks a lot younger than he is. I worked as a paralegal at Bell Labs back in 1979-80 in Whippany, N.J during the Baby Bell break up. This man likely walked past me in the hallway back then along with some of the brightest people I've ever met.

Exactly. An appeal to authority is not data. I grew up with Heinlein; I *want* this to be true. We either have concrete evidence or we don't. This is a case where proving a negative will never happen but proving the positive is simple.

He is sane. He is intelligent. He is sober. He is not high. He is not joking. He is credible. He is rational. I do believe in NHI however i will admit it freaks me out that i cant find a reason NOT TO BELIEVE HIM.

Skeptics have gone through your list and arrived at a rationale for why men in his position, with his reputation would say these things despite seeming to be of sound mind. They conclude that each person coming out, is a grifter hungry for money, hungry to sell their book based on their lies. This is what is left after going through your logical list and not finding something to attach to a whistleblower to discredit them. Or it could actually be true. But the hard skeptics continue to say they are continuing to perpetuate lies for monetary gain, and they always resort to the same base level argument: where is the objective evidence of a craft that you can show ME in first person?

The scarcity vs abundance argument is a compelling one. I’d posit that the fact that they have not just taken whatever they need by force suggests some altruistic leadings either because they have transcended scarcity or we just don’t have anything they find scarce.
"Non-Human Intelligence" -- I'm sure powers that be know more about what that ACTUALLY means. AI, something that's been on Earth forever, Aliens, or something else entirely.
He states unequivocally at the start that NHI exists and is interacting with us. Later, he's a bit less direct when it comes to reverse engineering.
We can, of course, read between the lines, and understand that he can talk about realities of the world, but he can't talk about classified programs.

Here' a thought to consider. If these two are talking about aliens who are intelligent came to earth and are here now then where are they? This ridiculous conversation dances around this whole preposterous idea. Now, in reality, there is artificial intelligence created by humans in the form of cyber technology that is already capable of communicating in computer language that we are not capable of understanding. That is a higher form of intelligence. We do not control it now. We can only turn it on or off. Soon it may become illegal to power it off. It would then be in control of us humans. Another consideration is that an alien intelligence could communicate with and control the artificial intelligence that we have created. If an alien intelligence wanted to control humans then they would only need to control the artificial intelligence and make us reliant upon it.

This was such a refreshing discussion. As a published author of a UFO/aliens book (2014) representing over 4 decades of research, my take is: the Non-Disclosure paralysis consists of two driving forces:
1) GREED, i.e. myriad governments, as well as Black Budget USAP aerospace companies, refuse to share their R&D exotic propulsion technology breakthroughs via flying saucer crash retrieval reverse engineering programs with general humanity aka The Race the colonel spoke of, and
2) multiple alien races are visiting us-i.e. different species from different star systems in our galaxy, some from beyond our galaxy, and some from inter dimensional realms-representing a plethora of agendas and motivations for visitations to Earth. And the kicker here is: not only are some of them not benevolent, some are outright malevolent (our Intel people are well aware of this), and would just as soon conquer our troubled, dumbed down species and enslave the whole planet as observe us from afar, just as surely as we humans have waged relentless wars against each other in groups of nation against nation and ideology vs ideology.
I’m as certain of this 1,2 Punch scenario as the colonel is in his assertions.

I happen to know personally, and I know exactly what he means when he said that there is a big difference between knowing and believing.
