The photographer who took the pic (Getty Images) owns the rights so she can’t sue (which is more than likely why she’s decided not to sue him). When asked, why don't she sue him, her response was because I am better than that and I don't want to do that to "my people." It's that type of dismissive reaction that women so often take.
