  • Today we have a customers vehicle in the garage - a 1980 Porsche 928 S Euro Spec import.
I recently purchased a parts car so that I can manual swap my 928. The seller was impressed our content and asked that address some of the wiring problems on his 928. In this video, we walk around and tour this beautify yet neglected specimen. I will be tackling the wiring nightmare in a future video. Stay tuned.

My favorite part of this car is the shag carpet.
It's so unfortunate how people Rio apart cars like this. Glad you're saving it!

Noted quite a few changes to your US specced car, the Euro S's looked to have had the 3 speed Merc Auto's till '83, US models got the 4 speed before Europe
The inline oil filters not part of the 90's fad where they were all the rage to add

Every gray market car I've seen looked beat to Hell and back. And, this was back in the 80s.

Two rear wires near the fuel pump may have been to an in take pump. Assume it has been replaced for a standard in tank filter and wires are now not required.
