    Sep 1st (I just started to follow Igor’s workouts)-
    1st set: 30 reps
    2nd set: 13 reps
    3rd set: 16 reps
    4th set: 21 reps
    Sep 5th:
    1st set: 26 reps
    2nd set: 17 reps
    3rd set: 18 reps
    4th set: 18 reps
    Comment : I’m not sure if I should follow Igor’s speed to test my endurance or to see how much I can do until failure per set?
    Sep 14th:
    1st Set: 30 reps
    2nd Set: 20 reps
    3rd Set: 20 reps
    4th Set: 24 reps
    Comment: I didn’t (couldn’t) follow Igor’s speed and went on my own. I won’t deny that I wasn’t able to do the last three sets consecutively (push-up breaks), so I still have a lot to go. I’m not sure if it’s allowed, but I’ll keep pushing myself. Cheers to everyone.
    Sep. 17th:
    1st set: 29 reps (I don’t count the last one since elbow wasn’t fully extended)
    2nd set: 17 reps
    3rd set: 21 reps (not consecutive, did push up rests)
    4th set: 17 reps
    Note: Was feeling a bit sore from yesterday‘a arm workout, used this challenge as a recovery exercise! I’ll try to be more consecutive with my push-ups (my push-up rests have become a habit now to see how long I can last before collapsing)!
    Oct. 13th:
    1st set: 30 reps
    2nd set: 22 reps
    3rd set: 16 reps
    4th set: 18 reps
    Note: Don’t do push up challenges day after day. Let your arms rest and come back in a few days! It’s important to be consistent, WHILE letting your body rest an adequate amount. Will be back to try to hit 25’s on all sets!
    January 17th (NEW YEAR/2022)
    1st set: 30 reps
    2nd set: 27 reps
    3rd set: 20 reps
    4th set: 24 reps
    Comment: Well here I am, back at this again! It’s already 2022 and I just remembered this challenge! I’ve been working with Igor for quite some time since my last attempt, and I’ve got to say, my strength has improved! As you can see, I’m nowhere near done…but improvement = improvement 💪🏻! I did push up breaks for the last two sets, so they weren’t consecutive…cheers!
    May 19th
    1st set: 30 reps
    2nd set: 29 reps
    3rd set: 22 reps
    4th set: 27 reps*
    Note: look who’s back! I have been training with Igor for almost a year now! Keep up the good work Igor, I always look forward to your new videos 💪🏻. I do see improvement from my last try in January, which was 3-4 months ago… I really thought I would max out after such a long time, but it seems that I still have room to improve on! I’ll be back! (* means I didn’t do it consecutively, I went into a push-up rest)
    June 15th
    1st set: 30 reps
    2nd set: 30 reps
    3rd set: 24 reps
    4th set: 25 reps*
    Note: tried hitting at least 25’s for all 4 sets! Almost did it in the 3rd, but I won’t count the last rep since elbow wasn’t fully extended. It’s been almost a month since my last update in May, but I did the math: 109 reps in total. This is exactly 1 rep more than my try in May, so I do see some results! By this time I can do 50 consecutive push-ups with no rest in between, a long goal of mine! Cheers and onwards my brothers & sisters!
    June 23rd
    1st set: 30 reps
    2nd set: 30 reps
    3rd set: 25 reps •
    4th set: 26 reps •
    Note: back at it again, it’s been a good week or so since my last try. I have implemented a new system: • . In the past I used * to demonstrate that I did a push-up rest during that set; well not anymore since I won’t allow myself to go on push-up breaks anymore. • simply means that I went over the time limit for that specific set: I’m still doing my reps when Igor finished basically. By taking my time, I can crunch out a few extra reps before giving in. Cheers!

      I have similar results I can't follow igors speed in the last 2 sets
      During the first sets it is easy but then it gets pretty hard because of lesser rest time.
      But cheers my brother , this is how we grow.

      @@ZeUs_Gaming881 No, no bro. In the third exercise I just couldn't get up, and fell to the ground. I got angry so in the fourth one pushed the fuck out myself and barely made it to 21. If you have ever worked out you get THIS amazing energy from anger.

      Last month i did 100 push ups in a row i worl hard to do that. It almost takes me 4 months to do 100 push ups in a row but now after i did it i lost motivation and courage to do my regular exercise plan. Im almost 3weeks at rest i am really down on my self because of what my parents says about me , iam just 14 years old so they want not to excercise they treat me like a baby and says discouraging words about me.

      Here's a tip. When you're less than 5 reps away from 30, just imagine that you're going to die/something bad's going to happen if you don't get 30! It really helps me just will power myself to the number of pushups you want!

    2nd Day:21 13 11 11 (my arms hurt so much)
    3rd Day (back2back2back): 22 14 12 12 (i might take a day off)

    Day 1: 16.07.2021 - 13/10/6/5 (and all those were "knee" push-ups. I have forever to go, sadly...)
    Day 2: 17.07.2021 - 17/11/6/7 (Still all on knees)
    Day 3: 18.7.2021 - 18/9/6/6 (on knees. that was bad. def need to take a day off)
    Day 4: 20.7.2021 - 18/12/8//7 (day of rest got me 6 more total. i will take it)
    Day 5: 22.7.2021 - 20/12/8/7 (ugh, improvement is slow. keep going, even if still on knees!)
    Day 6: 24.7.2021 - 22/13/9/8 (first time improving all four sets! its a start)

      Hey, i had kinda the same issue.Very little improvement. Then i had pause over a week due to having no time and boy, tho i just did one set every 2-3 days, i went from (on the kness, cause I'm 30kilos overweighted) intense burning 15 to (after the almost 2 weeks pause)32.
      Same with biceps curls (with a rubber band) From burning 28 left side & 30 right side to both sides 72. 😅

    I’ve got a weak upper body compared to lower body gonna try this challenge every 3 days

    When I reached my maximum doing the proper push ups, I went on my knees and did push ups that way whilst I waited for Igor to finish.

    From the release of this video to November 12th, finally able to do all 30! It was tedious and painful, but it was well worth it. I look and feel stronger. I’ll be working to finish the pull-up challenge while maintaining these 4 reps of 30, then I’ll be progressing further. If anyone is curious, I logged my progress below.👇
    First attempt:

    Felt like my biggest limiting factor was my triceps.
    2nd attempt:

    Getting there, but triceps still feel like they’re going to give out before anything else. Maybe my triceps are just weak lol.
