For anyone coming to this video at their lowest point, trust me, I've been there. I used to weigh 204lbs, at my heaviest. And, when I first this workout video, I could only get halfway through it, before I was bent over gasping for air. But, sticking to it every other day for about a year in a half, I have lost over 70lbs. That came with no dieting, just eating less, leaving myself hungry at first, but overtime, it gets better. If you're comfortable at the weight you're at, keep rocking it!! But if you ever feel as though you're in my shoes--just know that anything is possible :)
Did you do only this Hiit exercice or was it combined with others exercices
@holateaching9709 I strictly used this one, 1 day on-1 day off. Then two days in between for rest, depending on how much recovery time I needed.
I started this workout back in 2020, and it's now 2024, and I can finally finish the entire workout. DO NOT GIVE UP! I could only do the first warm up round and now I do the entire cycle and an ab workout. I love that the Leeta and Reese are so positive and acknowledge that this is a hard workout and that it's ok to feel pain. 💪😏

I will even say for the whole week.
First tried this workout in spring 2019 and made it through one round of the warm-up. Tried again a few times since and made progress. This is the first time I made it all the way through! Some day I will do no modifications. One of the best workouts I've found on the internet.

I've been doing this 4 times a week for the past 75 days, adding a healthy diet and some weightlifting, lost 25 pounds till now. And the beautiful thing about this routine is that every time you do it you get better and better at it, wich translates in a harder workout and massive sweat!!!

In one year I’ve been doing this workout sometimes 3 days per week, sometimes 2, and some weeks i didn’t. Combined with healing my relationship with food, trying to eat lees during week but total relaxing it during weekend, i’ve lost like 18 kg and maintaining it, with the variance of only 3 o 4 kg depending on my stress. I realized i’m not a gym girl, I don’t like go to gym and be with others persons, I feel like I don’t have time, I’m lazy to go. But I found what is good for me, what I need and what I really can do and sustain it in time. Find what is good to you even if it’s not the conventionally done. This is my only workout I literally have a chokehold with it.

I started this workout about 3 months ago and have been doing it consistently 3 times a week. My legs have definitely toned up more as well as my abs! And I’ve lost 20 lbs since March but that also because I stopped eating past 8:00 and drink mostly water. Definitely worth a try!☺️

You should store your goals in a weight loss app I recommend MyNetDiary you don’t have to pay. Because you can still use the app without paying its 59$ per year, which is not too bad if you’re the type of person that cares about saying money.

A tough one here. I made it through but i had to take a longer rests in between and some modifications ( jump lunges) . This is definitely one I can use to help me get more in shape!!
