      @@jeniffercitlallibrocktonsa5297 I was 71 kg ,there was a possibility to lose more weight but I just didn't care about my diet,I eat everything (pizza,rice,etc.),and also, during these 2 months I stopped doing this workout cuz of my final exams as well.( for almost 10 days)

    I've been doing this workout for few months now and for the first time since I started I was able to finish ALL 4 ROUNDS 😭😭 I'm so happy and proud of myself like you would not believe. I usually stop at 2 rounds out of exhaustion but today people I'm an ELITIST AND A BIT OF A SHOW OFF 😭😭

    What I enjoy most about these videos other than the workouts😉😉 is her body composition. She isn't hardcore ripped up making you feel like a fat lard. She looks like a normal chick. Strong. Thick. Healthy body form. It makes me feel better doing and keeping up with my fitness and this workout was taxing but doable.

      A “normal chick” usually isn’t this strong though.
      There is also a difference between lifting weights and bulking (=caloric surplus) and definition (= maintaining your weight or even losing fat by cutting calories).
      The one here seems to lift weights and probably is even bulking. It’s just whatever you prefer and where your goal is.
      Also don’t forget that every person is build differently.
      And what do you mean by thick? I feel like there is a difference. Most “normal chicks” are actually not fit and their thighs consist of a lot of fat vs. those that are fit & their thighs consist of less fat but they’re not build that way and won’t have skinny legs.
      It’s like “I have curves”. What do you mean? You’re overweight and that’s why you’re curvy? Or you’ve got, let’s say ab hourglass body and that’s why you’re curvy?
      Don’t get me wrong. I don’t mean this as hate. But there are differences and she isn’t a “normal chick” as you say it. She’s fit though, unlike many. I mean I myself am not fit yet. But that’s why I am here. I want to be a healthy & fit version “thick and curvy” - of course IF my body is build like that (which I don’t know bc I’ve never been really fit).
      Oh and before anyone comes at me, I do not think that anyone has to lose weight or anything ... as long(!!!!!!) as you’re happy and healthy!

    The hardest part of the workout is to smile. Every time she tells to smile, I forget to breathe and when she reminds me to breathe I forget to smile. smh.
    Hands down, the best workout ever. 30 minutes of absolute intensity.

    Been doing this one for a little over 3 weeks, 5 times a week (some days with follow-up routines) and I've already dropped 5kg (I'm now 80kg), and this is a great routine to follow. Just push yourself out of the comfort zone and realize most of your barriers have been set by you.

      @@moriahklimkewicz3529 hi, Moriah. I am. You will lose and gain weight, which is normal. About weight I have actually stayed the same weight for quite a while but I do notice I've dropped a lot of belly fat. Though I have also quit drinking beer and soda for a while now. That helps take some fat off. You don't necessarily have to have a strict diet. Just be aware of what you eat and be moderate.
      This is a perfect exercise to lose fat, and belly fat, as it is cardio-based and non stop. Just keep going. Be kind to yourself and try to see this as a lifestyle change, so take your pace, learn how to breathe and really just realize how strong your mind is and how capable you are of doing most of the things you set your mind to.

      Chang Chang she said she does this 5 times a week so I guess Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and then has 2 rest days. Or a rest day mid week :)

    I've been watching my diet and doing intermittent fasting last year during quarantine, but I started losing weight when I regularly did this workout. I've stopped working out during the winter and today I started again and was surprised that I did it all pretty well with extended breaks to catch my breath (just in case).

    Pre-quarantine me: Dead after the warmup

      Khushi Tyagi this is cardio so it’s good for losing weight/fat (especially if you want to lose a lot) , if you wat to build muscle and tone up/ slim down a little bit then you have to do different exercises eg weights and ab exercises I’m doing a mixture because my aim is to lose 5-7 kg :)

    I started these workouts 2 years ago an 190+ . These are great workouts between runs and weight lifting.(like daily workouts) I was also able to complete all 4 rounds within the first few months of using this and another HIIT video by SELF. Losing 40+ lbs in less than a year 😩😩🔥🔥🔥

    This video is so empowering. I love the way she explains form in a way that is relatable and not complicated. Plus, her voice is motivating yet soothing. Sometimes, I have to pause and start, pause and start, and I feel OK with that. My goal is to just get through it without quitting. This is my first two days of this and I will continue.

      @@blessed2xx I'm on my third week of doing this every day, and I've lost inches already. (Not sure about pounds because I don't weigh myself.) Also it just feels good to get active and stay fit without having to do long tedious workouts. It definitely gets better the more you do it and keep pushing. I couldn't do the planks initially and now I'm doing them! Blessings to you in your journey!

    She motivates me like no other. She is so inspiring and positive and I love that she reminds you to breathe because I always forget to.     i did the 30min workout in 1hr 30min with lot of breaks, glad that i did the whole thing:)
    It is hard but I ended up losing an inch of my hard earned tummy just after 2 days👻

    I have been consistent for 10 days now and 1st day i was just able to do round1 and today i finished 4 rounds. Its feels amazing and really very exhausted too. You give a strong positive vibe throughout the workout and i wanted to stop but i told myself "i can do it" and i did it. Thanks guys. I will continue this everyday 🤩

    A LOT of jumping/pylometric type exercise here. Great pacing. Also, it was nice to see someone with my body type leading exercises, fit AND curvy is a reality I don't see much of in HIIT videos. Thank you.

    The first time I did this I could obly get 6 mins in. I'm powering through this now! I love these two together . Are there more than just the 3 vids with them together? I need more of their HIIT videos. She is gorgeous and powerful, and Reese has a great smile and energy.

      Had the same thing first time. Could not walk for 3 days. Second and third time it just got a nice burn. No crippling pain and walking like Frankenstein. That is what not working out your calves in 3 months gets you.

    Wow! I wouldn't have made it if I didn't start the HIIT full body workout for a couple of weeks. Made me complete this with little effort. My thighs were burning though 😂 but I feel great. No pain no gain hhuh?
