Having James come in is like passing the controller to your older brother when you're stuck on a hard level.
Watching you mangle that 3rd generation touch makes me glad mine never had any issues. I got it for christmas back in 2010 and its still chugging along, the battery drains super duper quick but I just leave it plugged in all the time and I have the music I fall asleep to every night on it.
The shrekified phone is actually what I had to do at one point with mine. The camera was completely smashed, the speaker in the back had a big ol dent, and the backcase was replaced with just a wall of duct tape. All the buttons (rxcept for the home) were broken, so to turn it on, I needed to un-plug it repeatedly. In the end, it served me until the bitter end, when I had gotten my new phone.
I see you had to break out the James guns! And you even had to drag him to your Shrek swamp! I'm amazed at the resources you put into your videos.

Ive never ever had an iPod and yet I still love his videos
I’ve had 2 touches a 2nd gen and a fifth gen like the one in the vid I still use the 5th gen
If you don’t care how it looks at the end, the best way to fix a nano like that is to carefully make a relief cut with a dremel down one of the sides. After the fix, I filed the gap with fibreglass body filler, stuck a sick custom paint job on it and sold it to a friend.
A gigantic custom shell could be another way to save one of these.
Man this is like my favorite video because I just get super strong and adorable father and son vibes from Wade and James :] I love it so much.
