Looks like a timestamp got messed up there.
i'd love a video of y'all talking about water fasting and dry fasting
All those who commented 'steroids' or PEDS are very uninformed. There is such a vast difference between Ted and someone on steroids or PEDs 🙄
Lol you are clueless than about trt/steroids. Also why did it take him so long to build all this muscle. Dude was a fruitarian like 10 years ago.
If you watched the interview you would know he was training for endurance events...a totally different training style to that of putting on muscle.
He would get better results from the steroids if he ate animal products with their superior proteins, but he looks so much more than jacked than most raw food people, more power to him!
Ted has deeply sunken vegan eyes... indicating shrinkage of the brain, something that happens when your deficient in nutrients needed for brain health.. the ones found in saturated animal fats. The human brain is mostly fat.
Flexibility seems to be the key to being long-term vegan. All the successful, and healthy vegans, are educated, flexible, creative, and hacw commitment to their "why".
I've just hit 15 years high raw vegan (starting out fully raw, and effortlessly having raw days even now)... mine was health to begin with, and a few years in, the ethics became the center of why I stay vegan. Staying healthy, and happy, so people want to know what you're doing and want to learn about veganism ❤
Do you have all your hairs or did you loose them as Ted?
Excellent talk. One thing that can be done in colder climates, is an indoor micro green farm. You're already paying to heat the house, why not make use of it? The nutrient density in micro greens is very high, too.
💯 agree 😸
My tip for staying warm in a cold climate, in addition to what was already said (especially cranking up the heat, although with regards to going outside my suggestion would be to avoid doing so at all costs), is to eat very low fat and eat plenty of sugar.
Every single one of your 50-100 trillion cells is like a little wood stove, and sugar is like luxury wood that has been dried under a sunny breeze for a decade, burns cleanly and with optimal efficiency, whereas fat is more like soggy wood that never dried properly and was just hauled in from the rain too, requires more oxygen and doesn't burn as cleanly at all, doesn't produce energy with nearly the same efficiency at all; there's almost nothing that heats me up as much as a big meal of sugar-rich fruits.
omg this intro was everything i was DYING. lmaooooo ty for that ted
"My performance tanked", - dude, during detoxes, you SUPPOSED TO REST!
When you learn about raw, you learn about the hygienist movement and the goal is not to have bacteria digesting your food. So based on my research it is going completely against the purpose of eating raw to be feeding the “microbiome”.
The whole goal of improved digestion is so your enzymes break down your food not bacteria or yeast or other microbes because their waste products are poisons. If microbes are breaking down your food it is rotting in the intestines and is moving too slowly. You want to eliminate quickly to preserve the intestinal lining and proper absorption.
There are many different types of bacteria and not all of them are bad. Lactic acid bacteria, for example, are very good for humans.
The hygienist movement was created before microbiome research. While it does have many good points, the major downside in my book is that it does not factor in the microbiome to over-all health and wellness. While some bacteria (bad) waste products can be detrimental and cause disease, beneficial bacteria "waste products" are beneficial to have healthy gut lining, and MUCH MORE. Not many raw vegans choose to accept microbiome science to improve their health. This is my current journey.
Agreed about hometic ( sp? Hormetic?) Stress; cold, unless it's windy, try doing errands in tshirt, doing movement as you go, breath work etc
Don't dehydrate in the winter time; WARM it; don't cook it; WARM IT!
NORMAN walker always said that the one meat he would eat was fish or raw goat milk. would love to interview you Jon, i have been doing raw for about 29 years, take care, bobby
Any concerns at all about Liver enzymes?? Increase risk of developing NAFLD????DEALING WITH ALOT OF FRUIT/ CARBS
Quinoa & buckwheat & amaranth are great, they're on our species-specific diet list, no starchy roots.
Yes a interview with Tedd Carr ❤
Please do a about the blood test place and what to test for.
Ted looks great ❤, fruits, 🤩 throw some greens 😋 in and we have it 😅🎉🎉 thank you for your show Jon 😀 you rock ❤
The hair transplantation changed his look.
Depends on who’s asking? What a dog.
Wouldn’t bother you if you got lots of amorous attention from men. Instead, only your dog gives you attention. Yet, you insult dogs with your comment.
Fantastic interview 😊Ted is the best
Thoughts on bottled coconut water like harmless harvest?
Harmless harvest is no longer "raw" that If you want a raw coconut water look for TAJA coconut water. Of course, freshest is best, but at this point, when Im in a pinch, I will drink pasteurized coconut water myself, but would prefer a green juice.
Kale is trash we should eat tender greens not rough;
Mizuna is amazing,
Great interview
When Ted tries to teach him something that could totally change his life and he immediately changes the subject to vacuum blending. 🤦
Good stuff
15:00 he says about some people can’t digest seeds for omega 3 on fruitarian diet then eat fish is beneficial? Makes sense
Just eat greens für omega 3 and leave the fish alone
Fruits dont have any significant amount of Omega-3, if you add in Leafy greens, you can get enough omega-3's without eating any nuts and seeds. However, simply adding some flax, chia or hemp can be easier to get omega-3's esp if your not eating enough greens. That being said plant foods do not contain EPA/DHA (more complex Omega-3) that our bodies should make from greens/hemp/chia/flax if we are in balance. However an easier way is to supplement with algae oil, which is what I prefer. Fish get DHA/EPA from the algae they eat. I prefer to take algae oil instead of eating fish at this point.
@okraw Do you feel choroella has enough DHA and EPA, or do you feel algea oil is the best option? Xxxx
@@okrawDo we have a digestive system like a fish?
He was right about the handsalads 😂 makes my raw vegan journey so much easier
i agree with Ted if I hit a deer too I take it home so it doesn't go to waste, also my dogs would have it as well.
It's very sad when passing by dead animals on the road
That animal can go to the dogs, but in nature, nothing ever goes to waste, that will be eaten without a doubt
Does age matter? Can an active male in his sixties have optimal nutrition on a fruit based raw diet? Following Doug Graham's 80/10/10 or Fruit n Sport?
Study don Bennettes principles as well

Once you Vac you don't go back. So true. Now off to the John to pee on the Kohler 😁 Hahaha
Hello Mr. Kohler are you here?
Please don't take this as an offense, but I've just been watching some older videos by ted, and the amount of aging he has done in recent years is unbelievable.. why would that be do you think? In videos from around 7 years ago he makes the impression of a mid-twenty guy, while in this video he feels like a full grown almost middle aged man.. maybe he just matured on a soul level..
No it's its his physical appearance. You can see the diagonal lines on the sides of his mouth.. one of the surest sign of aging and poor skin health.
what is his PED cycle ?
Lol you clueless
@@saszablaze1 how so ?
He eats fish now?
Ted: that's the whole point of the juice cleanses; to flush the dehydrated impacted fermenting crap OUT THE BODY! 🍦💩💦
John asks "are you single?" Ted responds, "depends who's asking." Yes I am taken, but still depends on who's asking. Meaning, Ted has not changed. He is still into polyamory. Ted used to make videos as a scrawny fruitarian telling the world how he wanted to travel the world and sleep with a bunch of women and leave a litter of kids for all the women to take care of with no assistance from him, because he would be traveling the world.
My opinion of John Kohler just changed to read that Ted has been John's long-time friend. Ted compared women to fruit and that he liked different flavors. Ted, women are not fruit, they are human beings made in the image of God, who gave rules to humans how to live. There have been too many documented medical and other miracles of the biblical God to prove there is a governing power overseeing humans for people to feign ignorance. Go read what Jesus said about marriage.
Agree. Thank you for speaking up 👍🏼 Tedd is definitely a 🐽 in that sense.
Wasn’t Ted just in a relationship with some girl from Russia, or something like that? Does she know he’s single ‘depending on who’s asking’?
If someone tells you God made rules which are printed in a book that you had better follow, know that person has the brains of a caterpillar.
@@mattwkendallit comes down to your level of ability to reason
Although I agree, you act like a woman doesn’t have the choice.
the real question is, would you eat a human being if you had to, humans are made of meat.
How on earth is this the real question? Probably no one you will ever meet in your life will face this situation
finally asking the real questions
Nobody knows till being in that situation.
He isnt vegan no chance
Duhhh you are clueless if you think that
He is/was vegan bc he lost his hairs.
He gained muscle but lost hair and skin quality
But, somehow he did Not get older???
@@user-jn7rf9vt6l he’s not even 40. I’ve seen plenty of regular 40-year-old dad bods who have greater hair and skin quality compared to most fruitarians, if we are being honest.
Yup, his parathyroid and pituitary need attention
@@user-jn7rf9vt6l He is not even 40!. I've seen better preserved 40-year-old dadbods,. Look around, they are everyone, especially if they lift and eat properly.
@@user-jn7rf9vt6lhow old is he? 60?
ted is vegan for the animals?!
leave it for the dogs, pumas, foxes.
we are frugivores, so some deer isn't gonna make you stronger or healthier.
I bet: first and only secret: roids...
Nonsense. If they were both wearing the same white dress shirt they'd look almost identical. He looks like a regular guy who lifts weights and has a low bodyfat %, nothing more.
Clueless!
Fruits and lots and lots of steroids
Special juice, lol.
