Really neat idea! Reminds me of Ben Nebuto's Emily Likes the TV. I'll have to explore this idea myself.

I see more possibilities :) Spiraling from the inside out, or applying some equivalents to music operations (transposition, inversion, ...) on the letters, like "transposition" where you replace each letter by a letter N positions further, or doing something with the lines you get if you connect the letters alphabetically. Fun stuff!

I found this to be a very amusing piece. I mean that as a compliment, by the way. Another thing you could try out is interchanging the rows and columns.
