This was the first roleplay video I've ever made where I had to try pretty hard not to laugh, and it was when I was saying those lines. I almost lost it a couple times.

So much of this is less, "bitchy customer service" and more, "If retail/customer service employees could tell customers what they REALLY needed to hear," lol. Like, it's not MY fault you didn't buy the warranty, why are you yelling at me for it??

Thanks! I actually didn't use a script. I made the whole thing up as I went along. The only things I decided beforehand were my character's name and the name of the company.
