What about the Ideal Implant that is saline filled but structured so it feels like a Gel. They are formerly called Ideal but have been renamed and rebought company by Bimini Tech, now called "Serene" -- All implants have metals and the Ideal has much less amt of these metals. Do you not use these Implants and if so why?
