@@DrWilliamMiami well here's a question what about for skinny people who don't have fat...is visceral fat the one that develops around the organs and eventually kills a person as opposed to abdominal fat or fat that makes people look fat? I've been told visceral fat is bad fat/fat that kills aka people that stay skinny no matter how much they eat can't put on weight/fatter/thicker and become skinny fat...

Have you all seen the reviews of other people’s videos regarding 305 plastic surgery?! Not to mention his yelp reviews…. I’m glad CZcams somehow recommended other people’s videos cause I was literally watching all of his videos considering him. Reviewing everything and finding he has a malpractice lawsuit scared me.

I’ll take a malpractice lawsuit over a death on his name. A lot of other surgeons have deaths….and he doesn’t. From what I can find people complain mostly about the customer service and after care. I had my bbl/TT with him last year and my body looks amazing. Surgery day was fast paced and after care was almost non existent but I have the body of my dreams and I’m going back to get my boobs done. My only tip is to know going on that communication will be hard after they get your deposit. But only pay the deposit and pay the rest in cash the day before surgery.
I had surgery with him last year and I look like nothing was done. But I now have a disfigurement that was not there before. His results are mediocre at best. There are many doctors with no deaths who give better results and have better bedside manners. He has a God complex and does what he likes on your body. This would have been okay if the results were good but they are not.

I also workout regularly so I can't wait to see my results. Like I tell people now that I've done so much research you don't know who has it because many of us don't want the exaggerated bbl....just fill in hip dips, give us a little extra hips and maximize projection and blend in with legs. Not EVERYONE has the same type of genes!! And everyone should still work out bbl or not ,to be healthy and to stay in shape! Bbl is just to add curves/ shape to ppl who are naturally squarish and flat or on the thinner side . Yes you can tone some parts of your body but some of us like more plump. So it’s great that you didn’t have to go through the surgery direction but not everyone has genes like yours.
Same I’ve had 4 babies no stretch marks and no sagging or fat at all. Genetics are strong lol 😊

It looks really nice, I wouldn’t call it natural looking because her body shape doesn’t look like it would support a butt like that naturally. I feel like if she had more hips she could get away with it better
2 years is considered long term? How about your patients in 10-15 years doctor? I’m sure it’s easy to display nice results in the beginning but don’t these procedures have to be redone? And how does retouching that part of the body effect it?
I am no doctor, but what I heard is that it really depends. If the fat "sticks" then like he says it becomes part of your body and it doesn't go away unless you lose weight purposely. But there are cases when that doesn't happen and eventually all that fat the doctors transferred goes away and women look like they did before.
@@laurabenavides5444 juat to add to your comment. The places the have the fat transfered looks like it did before however the places the fat was taken would look different.

I believe that excercising after your bbl make your results look better, idk why people tend to say it makes the fat in the butt melt away 🤣🤣
Because if they work out and go in a calorie deficit you lose body fat in general, hence losing their ass lol, it’s all about maintaining weight or even going a tiny surplus to gain fat/muscle
I think exercise is a great idea before and after surgery to prepare for surgery and to maintain and improve your results but Monkeyz is write when she says it is about calories. So working out by itself won't cause you to lose your butt--it will make it better--but if you lose weight then you will lose fat and it is possible for that fat to be the gluteal fat.
Well that’s what I’m currently having an issue with. I’m working out consistently to maintain my small waist & stomach which was the reason for having surgery but my butt is getting smaller. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. My husband is telling me to eat more b/c I’m too small but my fat tends to go straight to my tummy which will defeat the purpose of this all. I’m not sure what to do 😢 suggestions Dr. ?

Yes it is so fascinating to see the differences in looks worldwide. For example in Italy the average breast implant size is way, way smaller than in the United States. The average implant size in the US is 375cc whereas in Italy it is in the low 200's.
