The reason why am asking is because I live 10 minutes away from the international bridge in Brownsville Texas and I am thinking about getting Lipo 360 and a tummy tuck. I cannot travel all the way to you. If not, I would do it in a heartbeat but it’s too far away.

@@lulumami6308 really you have backed out have you done any reviews on any of the doctors I’ve gone to three and they told me they couldn’t fix me. I had a tummy tuck back in 2008 in edinburg Texas. I was left botched so I’m just trying to fix my scar and my dog ears he left me I really don’t want much done on me. Just want them to fix me I had a hysterectomy almost 2 years ago. I already have four kids I’m 34 I just want to be fixed already.

I know that's tough. I always want to get hips but can't always get them to pop. Think of it this way--you can put a breast implant under the breast to make it bigger but you couldn't do the same thing on your shoulder. Sometimes I can get a little more of a hip on a second round but not always.

No I don't. I only operate when the patient is under a general anesthetic.

I am training one surgeon now, but it is a lengthy process so she won't likely be ready for a several months still, but it is fun to teach and we are having a ball!

Humm. When im looking before and After... I have a question . This patient has cellulite on the buttocks. Maybe fibrous cellulite. With little elastic tissue in this area. ...so i dont understand how you do to make it disappear becase all surgeons i have Seen in Europe support me that its note possible to do that and even less in long term... I have seen cellulite of the buttocks improve hundreds of times with a BBL. I specifically place the fat more superficial in these areas to treat the cellulite.
How long does a bbl procedure takes?
Extremely variable--some patients the fat is very easy to remove and their butts are easy to inject, but other patients take much longer because their fat is harder to remove, and their tissue is tighter, and more difficult to inject.

It’s seems like he only favors smaller patients , I haven’t seen him operate on a heavier body in any video 😒.
The closer you are to a healthy weight the better your results and it may be his preference. There are some physicians who prefer heavier women.....
That's not true. He has lots of vids. Check em out. Most doctors accept a BMI of 35 and under. If a person is really big its better to loose some weight so they can see better results. CZcams Dr William and you'll see different size patients.
