- Having built a thriving business teaching Qigong classes in-person in the San Fransisco Bay Area between 2014 and 2020, I'd like to share with you some of my best strategies for success. Now of course I teach online and am learning entirely different lessons, but if you want to teach locally this video is for you!
My next Qigong TEACHER TRAINING course starts in a week! (March 11, 2023)

Your story / classes are very inspiring.
Thank you Nick ,appreciate the encouragement and sharing your experience. 🦋☮️🌈
Thank you so much for these precious tips!
I appreciate you and this video. I got my Qigong teacher training online and felt like I paid way more than what I got out of my training. The point is, you're giving us valuable information on how we can get started teaching. I also appreciate how you teach qigong silk reeling spiraling. I put in a request to teach at an event that is happening in September, so fingers crossed, I get picked!
Hey, ur welcome and good luck!
I was relieved to see this pop up in my feed today. It's been hard to know what the heck to do after getting certified...the imposter syndrome is thick sometimes! "Keep your day job" and "teach wherever you can" are the two things I needed to hear. Thanks, Nick!
Happy to help! Took me 3 years of almost entirely free teaching before I started getting paid. Keep at it and it will grow 🕊️🕊️
Great advices 👍🏽
Thanks Nick! Good tips. Cheers from Hungary.
Happy to help!
Thank you Nick , very helpful; I think I'm going in the right direction, but very slowly .. lol
You got it Bart!
I have Parkinson’s. I live in cave Creek Arizona. I am 78. I find Qigong very supportive. Wonderful. Can I arrange a time to talk to you about local support. Thank you!
I actually live in Boise Idaho, sorry, I’ve just filmed a few videos in Arizona
I'm so happy for you, Nick. You are such a wonderful teacher. I feel grateful that you were my mentor when you were teaching with Lee Holden. It's so great to see you out there doing this great work !! Thanks for all you do!
Wow thank you so much 😊
I'm excited to start your teacher training this weekend!
Cant wait 😁
thank you!
You're welcome!
Thanks for this Nick. I am a new qigong teacher in SA and was challenged by this very topic, as qigong is really new in SA. I appreciate your input and have been very inspired by your free teaching over the past two years, which led me to explore qigong both for my personal health but also to teach and contribute through energy exchange
Keep it up!
Thanks Nick, this was great! Really appreciate you sharing these tips and how you grew your practise! And 21K subscribers, so awesome, appreciate you and all you give for free. I am a very happily trained QiGong Teacher from your course and looking so forward to Level 2.
This was beyond helpful. Thank you . Can’t wait to start your teacher training!
Glad it was helpful!
Do you have a video on how to get over the fear of teaching qigong? I have been doing qigong for a long time, but I honestly freeze up when I think about teaching or getting in front of people.
Thanks again for posting this video
Great suggestion! I think a good strategy is to start with the smallest possible step and grow gradually. Like you could start with doing qigong in front of a mirror. Then teaching yourself in the mirror. Then teaching yourself on camera. Then teaching a close friend one movement. And so on…
@TheNickLoffree thank you so much!! This is valuable information. I love dancing and have never had fear of teaching people to dance. I even did choreography once for a modern dance group I was in.
Now that you mentioned doing it in front of a mirror, anytime I've danced, either in ballet, tap, or modern dance, it was always in front of a mirror to ensure proper form! So, thank you for pointing out a way for me to find comfort in this familiar way.
Looks like I missed the 2023 class. When is the next?
Next one starts February 17! Learn more here: nickloffree.thinkific.com/courses/spring-2024-qigong-teacher-training
