I start my day with a cup of green tea .Breakfast -Poha, Daliya ,Besan Chilla ..... Other options. Lunch - green vegetables ,2 chappati ,curd ,salad. Evening Snacks - Fruits ....Dinner - No carbs just a cup of milk .Drinks a lot of water to remain hyderated

Yes it is normal bcuz whenever you do exercices your muscles become sore and bcuz of that your weight increases as muscle weigh more than fat but after some it becomes normal so don't worry and keep consistent with what are doing there'll be results one day✌🏻😋
