  • Ingredients (for 3 servings):
    - Sushi rice -
    0.7 lb of white rice
    3 tablespoons of rice vinegar
    2 tablespoons of sugar
    2 teaspoons of salt
    - Boiled carrot and shiitake mushroom -
    1 carrot
    3 dried shiitake mushrooms
    2 tablespoons of soy sauce
    2 tablespoons of sugar
    2 tablespoons of sweet sake also called mirin
    - Rolled eggs -
    3 eggs
    1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce
    2 teaspoons of sugar
    1/4 teaspoon of salt
    1 edible raw fish
    3 sheets of Nori seaweed
    10 sugar peas

      Ya, but in gimbap/kimbap, the seasonings for the rice is salt + sesame seed oil only. XD The taste is pretty different due to how the rice is seasoned.
