    I tried to make this years ago! I love sweet white bean paste and I’m happier to find an easier version than the one I tried to do before.

    Thank you so much for the very detailed and useful video, Leo!! I have watched many videos about shaping wagashi, but never how to make shiroan at home. I am not sure where to buy it locally, so this is very helpful!!
    However, I think I may try cooking the beans in my Zojirushi rice cooker, because boiling takes a lot of time and care. Thanks again for the instructions!! 😊

    Is it so sweet, if i reduce sugar it is ok?
