- Ingredients (for 4 servings):
3.5 US cups of dashi
2 - 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of sake
1 carrot
1 daikon radish
4 dried shiitake mushroom
1 yuzu citrus
4 mitsuba or komatsuna or spinach
1 Kamaboko
4 pieces of mochi
(Sorry, I missed writing Kamaboko and Mochi as the ingredients in the video)

Yes, I made the mochi from glutenous sweet rice, and offered three folded round mochi on my alter. And then, I cut them into pieces on January 3rd along with the Japanese culture. Thank you for watching!
