    No risk assessment . The engineers should study the behaviour of people. That is why in advance countries rail lines are fenced and house are not allowed to be near. Ghana is a place where people even use railway lines as a route to walk. education please

    Very deceptive photo you got there. The train has been fixed, body works done and was back rode back to the set off back. There was no technical failure.
