Honestly, I feel really proud being the grandson of the late J.A. Braimah. I heard great stories about him from my father when I was much younger. Having heard Dr. Nyaho Nyaho-Tamakloe talk so highly of him gives me a different and heartwarming perspective. God bless you sir, for your beautiful history lesson.

Soo deep in history! This interview has shown that we the new generation do not know anything about our country. We just go to school to learn about things unrelated to us. Oh how I wish we knew all what happened back then, that made us to be able to enjoy the freedom now. The brain wash is serious. Can't we make a movie of our independence?? it will be more than helpful.

Some excellent historical stuff over there Kudos Dr. Nyaho Nyaho-Tamakloe , indeed the mosquitoes and for that matter malaria 😅drove the white people out of west Africa. West Africa was called the white man's grave cos malaria really killed them . They would not have given up so easily. As for Boundary Road that is excellent Much Respect Doc. KSM I salute.

Now I’m beginning to see what may have been the significance of the Boundary Rd we had in Sekondi & how that fit in the lay of the land back when there was European Town & a commercial area oceanside of it.

Dr's historical information is so true. My late parents and grandparents shared the apartheid history and mosquitoes that drove the colonial masters away with us when they lived and worked in Accra during the colonial era. A lot of old folks who grew up during colonial era should make an effort to share history with the generation behind. So that the upcoming generation will respect and appreciate the older folks for painful sacrifices made, which has stood them in good stead.

Profound gems of living history shared here in this video, without fail; the people of Ghana & the subcontinent need such a wide understanding of the past, along with the present, to make inroads into our future. Thank you for this interview.

Brofo TV, I have noted your comment about the 'colonial masters' phrase that I used in my write up. Well, I'm of that era and those were the every day phrases that are so lodged in my system. That was what it was and phrases should be mentioned so the younger generations learn about these. These historical phrases can never be erased.
