A wide printer is definitetely a welcome addition, and people wanted this for a long time. And plus is that the app looks much more refined now.

Micro usb vs usb c isn’t a big deal, it’s just for charging. Every other chargeable instax device uses micro usb

@@lim2001burger That's not the point. Everything is progressing to usb-c. Not a single phone exists that uses micro-usb anymore. For Fuji to put micro-usb, that's just plain lazy. It's barely any increase in cost (which could be simply passed off to consumers).
Also probably means end of sales after 2024 in EU, so not sure what the product manager was thinking

I had to get it they had it at my local target . I’m so glad I got it because I got the last stock. The only thing is I got the grey version but who cares lol . Love it for scrapbook 😊😊. Now I have all three sp-2 , sp3 and the wide one now 😊😊. Get it before it’s sold out !!

When will it work for my X100V, Xpro3 and GFX? I also se that the my SP2 printers haas been discontinued (Dec 2021). The Instax Mini primer only works on smartphones and I don't want to use the SP3 because I don't want square prints.
How does the quality compare to the Wide 300 ? Is one more detailed ? Thanks!

Is the direct print from camera ONLY available on the X-S10? Was hoping to use with XT4, and GFX 100s on scene with clients.
I agree I can’t see why they left out the XT4 and new GFX models. May be if will come in a firmware update to these cameras.
I'd be very surprised if it wasn't addressed with a firmware update.

It'll probably be added to other cameras later. The X-S10 was first because it was due a firmware update due to the tilt screen update added to other cameras and I guess they figured they'd add the instax stuff on it first
Thanks for the video! Would the side by side format get you about two Instx mini sized prints i.e cut in half? Also those Instax cartridges, seem like a lot of e-waste, can they be recycled?

the pastic cartridges are recyclable and yes it is similar in size to 2x insta mini photos. (86mm x 108mm)

I am not sure if people would carry this like compact camera.
Anyway, I have the Fujifilm SP3 I am very happy with it. However, I could be made better. It feels flimsy (eg battery door, buttons). The software needs an update. The logo overlay functions shoud be built into the Instax software.
I assume the 'link software' is not compatible with the SP3
Cool printer that a lot of people been waiting for but Micro USB in 2021 is unacceptable imo. Makes it seem like a lot of recycled parts from the old printers

If Direct Print is not developed for models other than the X-S10, this product is a fail in my books.
All Fuji Cams have it - I use it on my GFX100 for the older printer - it will be the same
