I’ve had tinnitus since my early 20’s. My Dad was raced cars and grew up with my head in engine looking at valves while he revved it. I developed one super high pitch, one that sounds like the tone when a station goes off air and one low rumble one. They were noticeable, but not debilitating. Then I caught in October 2020. The high pitched one is so loud now it’s screaming, developed another high pitch that’s a little lower decibel, and cricket’s! The crickets started in November and at first I didn’t realize it was tinnitus. I literally thought “gee the crickets sound nice tonight”. It’s been getting worse at night to the point I can’t hear what other people are saying. I’m hoping some of these programs help.
My tinnitus pushed me to the edge I had two choices end my life or fight back I’m going to fight back .I pray for every one with this nightmare condition
Four days without sleep because of the torture of tinnitus! The ringing just wont stop but then i come across your channel and I have just slept for 6 hours straight thanks to this video... Thank you so much, literally have saved my life, no over exaggeration.
I’m a 30 year sufferer. Mostly high end hearing loss in my right ear with a very high-end tinnitus sound. The most important rule I’ve learned is to be very careful what you eat. High fructose corn syrup foods almost double the tinnitus levels. As does chocolate. Everyone needs to identify their worse foods or stimulants that increase the levels. That’s how I’ve learned to manage best I can. Praying for a medical break through. Thanks for the masking noises... they definitely help. I simply run water in my bathroom sink for some relief at times. You must be a sufferer also to understand the relief. God Bless.

Ive had tinnitus for around 50 years, every hour of every day. Ive just started checking some of these things out on yt - this one, after 5 minutes i was finding i had to really concentrate to hear my tinnitus for about a minute and then it would come back. It becomes more of a pure frequency, and less loud after using this. Wow is all i can say.

This is brilliant. I could sense how at first my tinnitus was masked, then as it changed I could hear it reduced to a whoosh and by the next cycle it was inaudible. Thank you.
@@Andrew-pp2ql It seemed to yes, for a while afterwards. I've had sound files be as successful before but the length of time I am tinnitus free will vary and I can't see any obvious reason why. The best I got once was almost 7 hours tinnitus free after listening to a screech at 7100hz for just over an hour. Other sound files all have varying degrees of effectiveness but as I think my tinnitus pitch changes slightly most sound files of a single frequency work great one day then leave me with a whooshing sound the next day, so this one might fix that by sweeping over the frequency range my tinnitus might be changing to day by day.

I finally found the one! Been playing different videos from you every night, but this matches my annoying ringing the most! Thank you for all of this great work!! 🥰
Amazing! I do feel some relief. The sound I hear 24/7 believe or not is actually a bit higher pitch. Technically, based on my age, I should not hear these higher frequencies, but I do. Thank you for your videos!!
Or maybe you did not "hear", but your{including my...} brain "think" we hear it. I am 38.5yrs old and my 24/7 ear ringing starts 5 weeks ago, for anyone want to a reference
I don't have it bad but I believe my lates cocktail of medication has aggravated it. That said, this works to a degree. Shortly after turning it off I typically have virtually no ringing for a minute or so. Amazing as I never thought I'd "hear" almost total silence again. After a while the ringing does come back but I feel the intensity is lessening. Nicely done!
Thank you very much from Peru! This range of frequencies works a lot to me, indeed. The ringing does not disappear in full, but I can feel the difference. Gracias!!!
Thk you ..thk you..i only find some relax when i listen to your tapes..30 years ..a non stop strong noises from all kinds 24/24..i pray God to find one day any way to occure this..thk you
Fascinating. 7khz is the whistle I live with, but weirdly is also slightly above my hearing’s roll off frequency (age-related, plus high volume damage from my youth): so with this recording I just hear constant lower frequency hiss. Damn. I wonder if reducing the hiss component and significantly increasing the 6 to 8khz sweep amplitude would be better for me ?

Thanks for listening Josh. I do not have that same experience. Discussing the matter with an ENT doctor or somebody at Treble Health could help determine your situation.

My tinnitus is a pain in the ass but certainly doesn't make me moody, depressed or any other negative feeling. Keeping my caffeine and sugar intake to a minimum helps more than "therapeutic" sounds.

Recently blocked ear canal due to infection seems to have amplified my tinnitus several fold. Battling for weeks now. This moment is my first relief. Thank you Jesus and thank you sir for your work. As of late I have begun to reflect on the onset of initial tinnitus. It occurs to me that it was in the early weeks of recovery from covid, which to me was like a strange flu that attacked my sinuses hard. Curious to know if anyone else has this story? Prior to covid I had perfect vision (now heavy with "floaties") and perfect hearing.
I’m in agreement with Janes post. I have this sound but also have a high pitch ring. If you could manage to get those to sounds put together that would help a lot ..
Match or identify the sounds, but listen to each in sequence. I have to do that, trying to knock down 6 or 8 primary “screamers” and then there is all the chorus in the background. Multi-tone tinnitus has been somewhat successfully treated with hearing aids, but the difficulty of hitting and knocking out more than two or three tones or frequencies is immense and expensive.
HOLY SH*T it works. I listened for 10 minutes and took the headphones off and i could just barely hear the ringing. wow thanks for this. My ringing was so bad that if i lay down i had to lay on my back and tilt my head left or right but sometimes i would get brain zaps real bad the ones that sit you strasight up in bed. this is going on my favorites bar for sure. thank you sir.
Thsnk you so much..this really helped...last night, the sounds were getting louder in my snd anxiety. I was attempting to set in, but when I lostened to these sounds, it calmed the loudness
Thanks for listening Kathleen. Some listeners are reporting that playing more than one video at once can help mask a spectrum of ringing tones. I wish you the best

Suddenly had a massive attack in one ear - it was so bad, all other sounds were muffled. I can't remember the specific range so I'm dippping in and out of your various sounds but these kHz sounds help me (once I remember the right one 😉 ) Thank you.
This one is great for my T , thks , you make my day. Hearing sound like this can pause my T for a moment , let's see what happen when i hear this more often.
I do audio in my backyard of the crickets, its the best way Ive found to mask and the natural sound helps me fall asleep...this is a bit annoying but it does seem to cancel out some of the tinnitus I daal with.
Audio engineers often remove the 7khz spectrum from recorded music. It's generally accepted that this frequency range is experienced as "unpleasant" for most listeners. Removing from instruments like distorted guitars for example, leaves the track sounding less fatiguing. I'm using this video as part of my burn-in routine for guitar loudspeakers. My thought process is that concentrating these 7khz sweeps may help reduce the unpleasantness experienced if and when my speakers reproduce it.
Tinnitus can take over your day . ENT tells me my hearing loss although not profound is the major contributor to my tinnitus. He suggested hearing aids but was quick to add the aids that will help are expensive and may or may not help .

This is unbelievable......instant calming effect, after about 5 minutes listening my tinnitus feels like it's settled down more, Ive had tinnitus prob 30 years...thank you 👌🏻👍🏻
It’s great to read these experiences. Thanks for listening.

This is brilliant. I could sense how at first my tinnitus was masked, then as it changed I could hear it reduced to a whoosh and by the next cycle it was inaudible.
Thank you.
Nice. Thanks for the sharing and listening.
What you saying? By listening to this it stopped your tinnitus?
@@mharris7380 Eu fico feliz por você ,meu zumbido várias de dia para dia mas estes vídeos realmente me acalmam para mim não há causa nem perda auditiva quem sabe tenhamos a solução ouvindo estes sons a longo prazo
Dale, thanks so much for all the work in making these videos. I know that we all appreciate it! Would love to see a sweeping video at higher frequency like 8khz-10khz. Tinnitus sucks but at least these videos help so so much.
Thanks for the input Milberg. I will add that to the list.
@@dalesnale also one at 13/14/15 Hz. Im going to use the ones in your store for my wearable noise generators for TRT therapy
Mine is getting worse, but these sound are so soothing ! Thank you !

@More Like 'belongs in the trash'! It’s helpful to some people, maybe not to you, but it’s very helpful to some people! Just accept that and move on... Go troll somewhere else.
why you think it's getting worse? mine is worse in the moring after sleep somehow
I'm not sure how I feel about this. The sound of not hearing tinnitus is strange yet such a relief
This could be my next late night companion. Muchas gracias por hacer lo que haces, es muy valioso para mí.
I finally found the one! Been playing different videos from you every night, but this matches my annoying ringing the most! Thank you for all of this great work!! 🥰
Same noise everyday why would I want to hear it
Louder and louder.
this matches my pitch which is annoying recently
Thank you so much for this ! You are helping a lot of people with your talent. Bless you
Thanks for listening Sarah.
Amen to that!! Ms. Sarah💙🌻💜🙏🏾🦋
I keep coming to this channel for this specific relief. It helps with the mood I'm in. God bless your work, Dale! ❤
This is the exact sound that I hear nonstop.. Thank you
Thanks Melinda
Melinda. Ich höre auch genau denselben Rauschton! Danke Dalesnale!
@@dalesnale I think it was a sarcasm 😂
Nicely done!
yeah, this is good. My tinnitus gets jealous and slinks off for a while, planning his comeback.
i want to cry, i am soo grateful to you for this...
Thank you! Something that actually helps me not hear my tinnitus!!
I really enjoy it. It reminds me listening to the soft rain in Portland oregon many years ago.
There’s something special about a gentle Pacific Northwest Rain.
Thank you very much from Peru! This range of frequencies works a lot to me, indeed. The ringing does not disappear in full, but I can feel the difference. Gracias!!!
Thanks for listening Hugo
This is exactly what I hear 24/7.
This is the one for me, holy moly the relief is almost instant, after searching through all your videos. thank you so much!
This works nicely for masking my ringing. Thank you for making this video!
You're so welcome! Thanks for listening
I think yes
Thank You for trying to help everyone! 🙏
I'm a new sufferer of tinnitus in one ear. I have not been able to sleep properly for a awhile. I just came across this video and got instant relief. Hopefully I'll be able to get some rest tonight.
Feel your pain. I have it in one ear too😢
this is incredible. I've been listening to this while working and ive found the effects go beyond the end of the video... much needed and much appreciated
This one and the scrubber seem to be best … thanks for making these available
This clip is helpful as the variations in sounds is able to disrupt the variety of pitches caused by my tinnitus. Many thanks!!
With this I can fall sleep. It doesn’t match the right side constan hissing but wave of sound distracts the brain somehow. Ganó you.
Thanks so much ...God bless you
Thank you so much! This is the first time I’ve had a little peace in two years.
This completely removes that sound out of my head. Thank you so much ❤
So glad to hear that.
I've been living this since I was 25 years old, I'm 61 now. A fan helps me at night to sleep.
The fan is one of the best things for this and what I love about summertime. There are 3 fan videos on my channel, but for a deep dive into fans, check out my friend and ambient fan specialist: Randall's Rest and Relaxation.
Mine is just 9 yrs old. Even fans don't help. And in India fans are pretty loud. So you can understand. It was horrendous last August but by June this year it disappeared but came back a few days back. God help me
Does anyone else get pressure and dizziness throughout the day along with the ringing in our ears. It drives me crazy and makes me not even want to leave the house or drive somedays. I'm trying to learn to ignore it but sometimes it's impossible and takes over. Please respond if you are like me so I know I'm not going crazy inside. Thank you. And thank you Dale for all you do for us suffering.
Thanks for listening Josh. I do not have that same experience. Discussing the matter with an ENT doctor or somebody at Treble Health could help determine your situation.
I do also experience what you are having but not all the time
I get dizzy sometimes yes not all the time when I have dizzy day I used to take meds but I’ve now ran out of them the doctor prescribed them for me and they are so good. Have your thyroid checked with a blood test as that can cause dizziness I suffer with under active thyroid disease
@@TASIAawful1 thanks had the tests and all is good.
Its soooo Miserable. Sometimes thinking theres no way I can live with this torture. Im trying to look to work from home because of the tinnitus. Listening to this while i type. Theres got to be a solution to this🙏 TY for this video

I was finally able to sleep because of this video. Tried so many others. Didn’t even realize at first how effective it was until listening for a good while
merci pour ces bruit blanc ces d'un soulagement inestimable
You are the best at these noises! Different ones help at different times!
I think I may have gone insane without you!
Thank you ❤
Helps calm the sound down. Repetitive but. When it's real bad this helps
Muchas gracias, es perfecto para mi tinnitus..😊😊😊
Gracias por escuchar
Thanks!
Thank you Sandra
This Also Can Help With Anxiety And Stress , Associated With Tinnitus . Dale Again , Thank You ! 🙂 Pete.
Thanks Pete
My tinnitus is a pain in the ass but certainly doesn't make me moody, depressed or any other negative feeling. Keeping my caffeine and sugar intake to a minimum helps more than "therapeutic" sounds.
Same sound I have been hearing for 15 years … 24/7. Just on my right ear…. Any relief? Thank you n God bless…
Thank you so much for this. It's a miracle! Really relieves my piercing Tinnitus. Louise James
You should start a Spotify with this :)
I second that! Already searched thru Spotify for this!
True tinnitus sufferers time we end our horrible suffering- stop waiting for a cure unfortunately there is no cure - turn off the switch this is the only cure
#1 Fixer.. Best one out there that works .. Thank You
Thank you 🙏 I’ve been suffering for years . This is very good 👍
I’m in agreement with Janes post.
Great to hear, thanks for listening.
Should probably get your neck checked out - my audiologist said that trapped nerves in neck can cause tinnitus
It worked like a champ 😊
Thsnk you so much..this really helped...last night, the sounds were getting louder in my snd anxiety. I was attempting to set in, but when I lostened to these sounds, it calmed the loudness
Soothing!!!!!!!!!
Thanks ❤️
It calms....amazing🙏❤️
Thank you so much. I have tinnitus sins I am 15. This year I will be 50 years old. This sound match some of my ringing tones and is really helpful.
Thanks for listening Kathleen. Some listeners are reporting that playing more than one video at once can help mask a spectrum of ringing tones. I wish you the best
My tinnitus is slightly higher pitched, so this just adds to it for me. 😂
Thank you for help Dale smalle I have Very loud Tinnitus and a machin in my head Thanks for the masking
Good news guys.. For survive tinnitus people.... Am also surive 2/3 year this but i can't believe... This products use... Oziva hearbs protins take two time in day.. I swear guys.. My problem gone 80% take 3 days only.... 🙏
A very good tool to have. Well done. I have managed to just ignore mine the last 3 years and it has worked out. I try not to over depend on stuff but at some point you need this thanks.
This is exactly what I’m having in my ears right now. HELP
Suddenly had a massive attack in one ear - it was so bad, all other sounds were muffled. I can't remember the specific range so I'm dippping in and out of your various sounds but these kHz sounds help me (once I remember the right one 😉 )
Thank you.
This one is great for my T , thks , you make my day. Hearing sound like this can pause my T for a moment , let's see what happen when i hear this more often.
GENIAL ESTE SONIDO LLEVO AÑOS CON LOS ACUÍFEROS MUCHÍSIMAS GRACIAS
Gracias me alivia mucho, y me duermo escuchándolo, un abrazo
Really inspired by your videos, especially the science behind them to make them so effective! Subscribed!
Thanks Relaxation Room. Subbed you too!
I do audio in my backyard of the crickets, its the best way Ive found to mask and the natural sound helps me fall asleep...this is a bit annoying but it does seem to cancel out some of the tinnitus I daal with.
Praise the LORD for this!
Thanks for this amazing blessing
Thanks for listening Rich E
Wow this one works better than the other one i tried my tinitus is almost silent once i turn this off... for a few seconds.
I find if I listen for a short time the tinitus deminises quite a bit. It does not last but this is a fantastic relief
THANKYOU SIR..❤️🙌
