I’m 71 with damage from working on and around fighter jets. I do hear the hissing, but I perceive my tinnitus as a higher pitched hissing with the rhythm of crickets. I’m not sure if I’m supposed to try to match the sound.

I feel like I can hear the sound of the earth! Like a mixture of ocean, wind, rain, forest, storm... the sound you would hear if you were big enough to take the earth and hold it to your ear

This works for me. The pause somehow works to quiet that tone in my head for a few hours after listening to this tract for a few hours. You may be onto something for some of us.

I am getting a lot of benefits of all, but this green noise has to be my favorite...my son got me trying the binaural frequencies to sleep and relax, then I started experimenting with different things that would pop up.... thank you for these.

Thanks for your work this seems to help! loaded a audio freq generator on my phone and paired with this at 8020 Hz my tinnitus seems to vanish. I don't kno if this will result in a resolution of symptoms but its a nice start
