I am so grateful for this episode dilemma, because this is something I struggle with cuz I'm a fat girl and I feel like I don't fit with the conventional beauty standards. I have also never dated or found someone who liked me for me and I keep thinking it's cuz I'm fat (I am also surrounded by a community that keeps telling me to lose weight and I now believe them) . For the photo editing lol I used to be really into it, my family photo in my parents home I photo edited and modified my body. I only stopped doing it cuz I can't afford the app charge rates and anytime I post I see my flaws and feel insecure but I post anyways cuz I like posting.
UK is on my bucket list to visit and maybe live on a short term basis. I hate to hear that it is a miserable place.
The UK (like any place) is really what you make it. It's absolutely fine to have spells of depression, but I find if you tell yourself somewhere is wholly bad, you will inevitably feel that way. Finding joy where you can and also *making* joy where you can is so important. I think we have a lot to improve on, but as individuals how we treat one another is a big contributor to how a country is, and it's within our realm of control.
I actually thought you two would talk about the "Quiet on Set" stuff as that is all I've been seeing on my timeline. Though it's a dark topic, it would be interesting to see you two give opinions and your comments on the dark sides of Hollywood. I thought that would have been a dark topic but the topics that are popular week by week are not always palatable. Anyway, I miss you both. Also, LOOKING GOOD!

It's not surprising at all, the UK is a miserable place to live, I've been saying this for years since they increased tution fees, degrees became insufficient and it's only gotten worse. I do think people need to consider leaving the UK, but not everyone can afford that.
Iâm Dominican and it was not surprising us being ranked as the happiest country in the world. Being happy and enjoying life regardless of the situation is something engrained in the culture. I personally think the secret is on being able to separate the âserâ from the âestarâ. In other words, not letting outside negative things define you are at the core. Finding joy in the little things. Dance a heartfelt bachata, enjoy a nice humble meal.
