I appreciate the advice sisters. You guys are d best❤I’m also 23 and I can 100% relate. Especially coming from a strict parent household it feels like I don’t have enough experience to b the woman I want to b. But I’m grateful the job which requires a lot of peopleing is making me have a voice.

Love this episode so much! I am currently in that season where it's become very glaring that I am starting to dive into womanhood more and more - which is exciting - but also nerve-racking sometimes, so thank you ladies for specifically talking about that transition. This episode made me feel like, ok I'm not the only one feeling this way haha.
Moreover, could we get an episode focused on Discipline?
James 2:22 has been my anchor verse recently, and it talks about how your actions and your faith must work together. I feel like i have the faith part down but the actions (outside of spiritual actions) of like "girl just put in the work" has been hard; ngl maybe due to past failures.
I really enjoyed when Renee was talking about it and would love more of y'alls insight/advice/experience/encouragement on staying disciplined when you know you are called to greater

This episode was more than insightful. It's a gentle reminder of the road Im currently embarking on and you guys hit the nail on the head with this one. My big takeaway that I can also relate to is that being a woman of faith definitely matures you in a good way and shapes your character. God bless every woman on their journey to acquiring wisdom.
This is great advice even for others who feel more mature to reflect and review. Some nuggets for all of us
To add to the advice for the dilemma, like someone in the comments already said, noticing that there might be a problem and asking for help (both from your friend and on here) is a form of maturity, so don't overlook the fact that you may be mature in some ways that many others aren't.
Also, in terms of not having much experience or possibly being sheltered, the greatest advice I can give you is to read. I don't know if this is something you do already, but the magic of reading is that you get to learn about people and the world and put yourself in other people's shoes. It doesn't mean repeating what the character's do in those situations obviously, but it is a great way to practise thinking about different topics, being empathetic, and finding characteristics you value or dislike. This combined with what you learn or see in those you admire, your faith, podcasts like this, etc. can help you find traits or viewpoints you may want to adopt for yourself.
