- Feel that the Metacycle is missing something to bring it in the 21st century? This is what the Metacycle should have had from the beginning to make it as cool as it looks! An iOS app!

This is fantastic, would definitely be interested if you make it available commercially.
I would buy it but mine still haven't come. They reduced the price to 4k from 6.5k which includes shipping. They still have my 5k and 700 for shipping. They don't pick up the phone or answer emails lately so I just wrote them an ultimatum. Return 1.7k or cancel my order. Sondors is the least professional company and tetering on being completely fraudulent. I mean, yeah they are slathered in fraudulent behavior but it's not yet complete. How much you want to bet Sondors and or the people surrounding the company is caught holding the bag on those banks that just failed.
Thank you for the PC cable you build and sold me on eBay. Works GREAT. I already did few tweaks (from your first 3 videos) to my Supermassive, which gave it a new life! I also would be very much in favor for obtaining from you the iOS setup - for ergonomics and stability, Apple was always my flavor.

@@metacyclehack Hey. I joined the discord server, but I don’t have a windows computer to do the additional diagnostics. Only Mac, iPad and iPhone. Is the windows diagnostics a deal breaker?

I am order #6xx and still waiting for my Supermassive but I live in Canada and they have no licensing rights to sell here, been ghosted ever since I asked for a refund, hopefully it gets worked out and I receive the bike, if I do, I am really interested in this app 👍 good job sir
Pretty amazing, particularly like how you can select max speed or max range and how you can monitor the temps of controller and motor. Sure like the fact you can turn off the slow start feature. I’d be interested in purchasing one for sure! Thanks for posting!

You know what would be really handy? A trip odometer that didn't return to zero every time I turn the bike off. I want the trip odometer to only return zero when I charge the bike. Any thoughts on making the change?
Added odometer, and trip odometer. My thoughts would be to show consumption in Wh/mile like Tesla does and then try to estimate the remaining range. Keeping track of miles between charges is definitely possible.
Awesome work, I'd be interested. Just wish we knew how long at what temp would cause irreversible damage to the motor. The stock 2 min sport mode setting seems too conservative
There is definitely thermal protection (and configurable). @etor motor here already hit it :) But I would not rely on that. I will also not make that configurable, as it is too much of a risk. Planning to add an alarm when a specific temperature is reached, even before the controller goes into low power mode.

Hey thanks for all this you doing, my question is that been that’s there’s some regen that actually goes back to the battery ? Also if I remove the regen or electronic break assist that you show there before will the bike coast like if was the clutch on like on a regular bike ? I just want to get more run out of it if the regen doesn’t charge the battery back, I’m no into speed or faster just more range or regen thanks in advance
Yes, absolutely possible. Not sure if the range will improve or not, looking forward to having more people using this so that we can experiment with it.

Would this app work with the last gen ipod touch they made? I'm not in the apple ecosystem, but would really like this functionality.
I guess I could just buy an iphone that's a few years old and just not connect it to a network.
Interested in Android Version. Hope this isn't a dumb question but could cruise control be added thru the app?
There is a cruise option in the controller, I did not try it just yet. It' also possible to control the motor through software, so cruise should be doable. Android version - I'll probably need some help.
The original Votol EM200-2sp controller which came with my magic cycle burned out for some reason. I am replacing it with a Votol EM260 which I recently purchased. Would your app and associated hardware work with my replacement controller?
Hah, I would very much want to know that too!! I don’t have one to test it with, so I don’t know for sure, but everything leads me to believe it would. We’d have to modify current limits to match the controller, but it should work. Please keep in touch if you get the controller and you try it out!
