I ended up needing to use this today because my Metacycle had a software glitch where the power button stopped responding and wouldn't turn off the bike until I yanked the power cord from the battery and reset it with the dongle.
The battery removal issue doesn’t bother me since I have no intention of taking it out during the life of the battery. My issue is now that Sondors is MIA and likely bankrupt will it even be possible to buy a replacement battery when the original eventually fails? Am I buying a one battery use motorcycle? 😬
Battery Marriage Dongle.... good grief. Why is the AC socket not integrated into the charger housing and instead flopping around on a cable? So many oddball decisions.
