Some easy basic beginners yoga asanas to practice at home and start your journey towards good health...how does that sound? In this video I share with you few basic yoga poses that can be done by all age groups easily at home and will guarantee good health for everyone.
This is a 12 minute beginners yoga routine where I have focused on the very basic yoga poses keeping in mind beginners who want to go deeper into the realm of yoga. With offices and gyms mostly being closed, these yoga poses will help you strengthen, detox, develop focus all at the same time. Yoga can be done by everyone and it has no preset requirements. You just have to start somewhere and this video will help you to start your yoga journey. Also, this is a follow along video, so grab your mats and let’s do this together!! Also belated ‘Happy International Yoga Day’.

As it is the year end, you are one person I have to thank sincerely for having changed my life completely. Into my 30's and was thinking of some kind of exercise at home as the sedentary lifestyle and my body had started showing signs of focusing on health.Yoga was always in mind and had started searching for videos on youtube. Absolutely perfect routine for beginners - while I am onto some form of Yoga for about 3 years now, was looking for something simple and effective to suggest to others who want to simply start on the practice - can't say I would have found a better one than this.
At 63, I am happy to begin this yoga practice. It is challenging but I can see the benefits of regular practice. Thank you

This is much appreciated - at 73 with an arthritic knee and sciatica I just about managed the basic poses in the first video. I will certainly be repeating these sessions a couple of times a day.
I really liked how the video had explanation of benefits of each pose. I did the yoga as I was watching it. When I did the tree pose I kept losing balance but I was encouraged how she said try and challenge the body. "Its about practice and not about perfection." Well said:)

I'm not in shape, and this is challenging but not overwhelming and relaxing yet engaging! Most yoga videos I've seen are either way to advanced or completely boring. This is the best one I've found and I love the part 2 as well. It's day 2 for me doing it and I plan to make it a daily routine. ❤️

I have even attended in person yoga sessions and all they do is move you through different poses without focusing on correct form. For a beginner like me and in fact for any yoga practice, learning the correct form and how to get into a particular pose is so important. You delivered exactly that. Thank you again.

Ok, I have been having knee pain for some time, after trying few things, I turned to yoga. Although these Asans are basic ones, but surprisingly I am getting a whole lot of relief. I am pleasantly surprised, how some generic basic Yoga has started helping in my knee pain.

I have breathing problems. At some points in the yoga. My chest constricted but after following all ur poses and steps. I was able to breath with such ease. Thanks alot maam
