Hey boss, do you need to cut the vinyl a certain way in the begging to save material for the side skirt? or will there be left over at the end?
Ahh another lesson , nothing like being back in school , let the testing begin 😁 , wrapping a car or whatever actually makes it go faster in theory 😉

Hey, I had a question about an older car. I am going to give wrapping my 2000 Forester a shot myself. My only concern is the old paint on the car. I know I will have to get rid of any rust etc. But would you recommend lightly sanding everywhere just to get a smooth surface with no dirt etc to deal with? Paint is already aged so I am not worried about that, just thinking that would probably be the best way instead of clay barring everything, etc.

These skilled guys make big $$$. Took my car to a place nearby just to have the front splitter lip, side mirrors, side skirt lips and the rear spoiler in carbon fiber - estimate = $1200.00! It would take 5 hours they said.
If you knew how much material actually costs from half the high end material you would know why the price is so high
