- This #wrapwednesday is all about wrapping over edges or body lines when you have excessive, bunching material. I know how frustrating it is when you get to the edge of your panel and realize the end isn't glassy. Nonetheless, this will help you still get a perfect install.

Perfect, to the point with no extra fluff in the video. Much appreciated!
Yall always make it look easy!! Great video thanks for the tips!
I give up can even get mine to keep sticking on mine… it’s great stuff if you like doing a paint change as your driving down the road and covering the windshield of the car behind you! using this stuff makes a high quality paint job a walk in the park
Awesome video I love to see in debt details like this and small steps that people don’t explain that make a huge difference!🎉
Awesome video. Thank you for the tips. Keep 'em coming!
Very cool!

Hi love the video
Im having thiz problem trying to wrap my moms casket. Any pointers on how to start my laying process? It seems like i keep running into the example of your video
Make sure you glass everything out, meaning stretch all the material to fit all corners before squeegeeing anything
Hi. I've added a square vinyl patch on the roof of my car and there are a few areas along one edge which won't stick down. Can you help?
hard to help without seeing but did any water or debris get under there?
Is that avery? I can not get vvivid or aura to not wrinkle doing that. Its constantly pull back up, heat try again, and creates sanding.
This is 3M 2080, but very similar to Avery. Hmm. If those are thicker films like chrome or texture, it'll be much harder to do this technique.
@@tesbros good to know. Thanks
@@jefffinke8225 if it’s thicker, I would hold it out loosely from the panel while you squeegee. See if that helps
I have an old pick up truck that has round small windows in the back how would I wrap that specific section
Without seeing it, that's a bit hard to answer, but what you would probably do is lay film over the panel, including the window. Glass it out. Install around it, then heat the window concave and use a wrap glove to push the material into the valley
Is there anything else i can use if i dont own a squeegee?
You could try a plastic card like a credit card. To avoid scratching the vinyl, wrap the card in a soft cloth or use a piece of felt. You can get some squeegees off Amazon for pretty cheap though!
What state are you located in?
We’re in Chattanooga, TN!
What about if you have excess? I'm wrapping my rear fender on a mustang and it wraps the brake lights slightly. I'm at a point where there's a bunch of excess. It all looks smooth for the 5' from the door to the back but where it curves down, there's about a 3" x 4" area of wrap that is sticking up that I can't seem to lay down at the very end of where I need to cut. I'm not sure if I explained it well enough, but if u have the time, do u have any advice? Should I just stretch it more little by little? I'll have the same problem on the other side of the car if I can't figure it out
Would you mind sending us photos on either Instagram, Facebook or Twitter @teslabros ? This will help me give you the best answer!
I've been having that same issue.
This has a lot to do with the type of vinyl you use. If it's a flat color you can fo this all day but if it's metallic or Carbon you will have a much different experience With stretching and using the squeegee
That's a good point. You can't stretch textured vinyl as much since it can discolor or warp easier
