People don't understand that most viewers (including myself) find these videos while searching "how to launch and retrieve a boat" when we first become boat owners. It is not to poke fun at anyone but to learn from their mistakes. I admit to a chuckle now and then but I look at these videos as educational. Keep on keeping on Big Dan.

Boating has a weird subculture; on the water most of these guys would come to your assistance in a minute, but at the dock, the same guy turns into confrontational, angry old man for no reason. At the dock I generally avoid eye contact and small talk, and always carry a concealed firearm.
