This video originated from my wife's passion for cheese and small accidents that occurred while I was loading a Weber Go Anywhere grill with a substantial amount of Heat Beads® lump charcoal on a plastic table. Needless to say, Weber did not stay on top of the table. The blend of blue cheese and meat showcased in this video is a beloved choice among my family and friends, with my wife being particularly fond of it.
