Hi all. I know you have been waiting for an update and I'm sorry I have not been able to get back with any of you. I'm going to speak with his wife today to see what all she wants me to post - I want to be respectful of her wishes. For now, I will tell you that he has not yet received a liver and he is still fighting really hard. He is not in any condition that "lemon water" will save his liver. We are working with experienced medical professionals. While I appreciate suggestions to help, please be respectful in this difficult time. Additionally, for those suggesting living donor, due to his conditions, he is not an eligible candidate for that. We have explored that avenue over the last year. This is the video that showed up in my recommended about a month and a half ago and I was hooked on this guys ever since. When I watch this I would feel so bad for him I guess it's like bad flu virus symptoms that one would have but the sickness never goes away. That sounds like a absolute nightmare I mean when we all get sick we feel sick for about 2 days this poor man felt terrible all the time. He was very strong and held on all the way till the end. I feel very bad for his family. This has opened my eyes as to what people liver problems go through and it looks like hell. Healthy people should never take their lives for granted and if you are able to wake up everyday and feel energetic and great then one's life is wonderful. The poor man is no longer suffering now. I’m a dudes dude, and we don’t cry. My nephew passed a few years ago, and his organs were donated. I’m an organ donor too now. Until I saw your case I never REALLY thought about the recipient. Nausea is HELL on Earth!! There's so little that can be done when nausea sets in like this. :( Sometimes the smallest things can be of some comfort, like an ice pack for your face, scalp, etc. It can't hurt, and it always helps me a bit. I feel so bad about this terrible part in your long journey, but you're a living miracle, and I have faith in your recovery. Posted 2 days ago on FB: Good morning facebook friends again. I feel like I should give an update since my last post. Yesterday morning Justin coded and was resusitated after two CPR attempts. I won't try to explain our families emotions over the last 24hrs. While he is in critical care, he is stable. There are so many toxins in his poor body that it couldn't handle anymore. When your son calls and just wants someone on the other end of the phone because he just wants a loved one near, because he can't stop throwing up. When he calls and says dad "I can't do this anymore" because the pain is so incredible. What do you say? What kind of selfish dad begs his son to keep bearing the pain? As mentioned before he is stable, he has been unconscious since the coding, but they don't feel there was any brain damage. His blood pressure remains low, heart beat is fair. He has dialysis removing toxins. NG tube removing stuff. Tubes are everywhere. But our son,brother, husband and dad is still here and still fighting. And I know that his next broadcast on his CZcams channel operation liver is going to be one that is epic. So once again my friends and family. I am with a completely broken heart asking for prayers for Justin. And thank you for your continued support and love to my family and me. I love you all.

My heart is heavy watching you. Myself and 2 children have become organ donors, seeing you seals it for us that we have made the right decision. Here in the UK it is law that everyone are now organ donors unless they have recorded on the dater base they wish to opt out.

I had pancreatitis and infection in my gall bladder and threw up all night at the hospital until they figured it out and gave me some meds. Seeing him breathe like that and burp just brought me back back my hospital stay. RIP Justin. You're a champ for sharing this with us and having enough strength to document.

I know exactly what your going trough. My husband went trough this before he passed. He was older and the liver transplant was not an option.He wouldn’t make it alive out of surgery. @@Kimberly_K_ Tampa General is in Tampa. The Mayo clinic where he had been going for 18 years is in Jacksonville, a three hour drive for him. He is very fortunate he has the Mayo Clinic so close since they are on the forefront of all of his illnesses.

Nausea is HELL on Earth!! There's so little that can be done when nausea sets in like this. :(
Sometimes the smallest things can be of some comfort, like an ice pack for your face, scalp, etc. It can't hurt, and it always helps me a bit.
I feel so bad about this terrible part in your long journey, but you're a living miracle, and I have faith in your recovery.

Good morning facebook friends again. I feel like I should give an update since my last post. Yesterday morning Justin coded and was resusitated after two CPR attempts. I won't try to explain our families emotions over the last 24hrs. While he is in critical care, he is stable. There are so many toxins in his poor body that it couldn't handle anymore. When your son calls and just wants someone on the other end of the phone because he just wants a loved one near, because he can't stop throwing up. When he calls and says dad "I can't do this anymore" because the pain is so incredible. What do you say? What kind of selfish dad begs his son to keep bearing the pain?
As mentioned before he is stable, he has been unconscious since the coding, but they don't feel there was any brain damage. His blood pressure remains low, heart beat is fair. He has dialysis removing toxins. NG tube removing stuff. Tubes are everywhere. But our son,brother, husband and dad is still here and still fighting. And I know that his next broadcast on his CZcams channel operation liver is going to be one that is epic. So once again my friends and family. I am with a completely broken heart asking for prayers for Justin. And thank you for your continued support and love to my family and me. I love you all.
Have you explored HOSPICE care??. I'm an RN and highly recommend them for pain and nausea control.

I had pancreatitis and infection in my gall bladder and threw up all night at the hospital until they figured it out and gave me some meds. Seeing him breathe like that and burp just brought me back back my hospital stay. RIP Justin. You're a champ for sharing this with us and having enough strength to document.

I know exactly what your going trough. My husband went trough this before he passed. He was older and the liver transplant was not an option.He wouldn’t make it alive out of surgery. But you young man have to fight. I pray to god your strong enough and healthy to make it trough this surgery when the time comes. Your colour is SO much better than when I first saw you, but hearing that won’t make you feel any better I’m sure. Knowing your top of the list as next recipient must be so very hard when everything pending on it, and no one can say or do anything that’s helpful right now...I’m sure your full of frustration,anxiety and of course pain ...but please please stay positive..be strong as you can. You have done so damn well to have coped with all you HAVE had to cope with....I get scared going to the dentist! So you really are an incredible guy, with a really loving supportive family. And now a legion of supporters on this channel. Stop worrying about things you can do nothing about right now...stress can make you feel worse. @@Kimberly_K_ Tampa General is in Tampa. The Mayo clinic where he had been going for 18 years is in Jacksonville, a three hour drive for him. He is very fortunate he has the Mayo Clinic so close since they are on the forefront of all of his illnesses.
