It's time for a NEW 25 Min Cardio + Active Rest Workout - Full Body HIIT. As always I will keep it varied with longer and shorter workouts. Remember: all of them are super effective.
No equipment needed! I hope you are ready to join me on the mat!
Make sure to make this workout as intense as it can be for you.

Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, no jumping etc.) or rest some more if you need to. 🤍

Ich muss dieses workout nochmal kommentieren. Denn es ist einfach perfekt. Heute war restday aber von 6:30 morgens - jetzt im Büro gewesen. Kaum Schritte… und einfach Mega unausgeglichen. Aber Tasche packen ruft vorkochen, es war die perfekte Lücke um sich kurz einfach etwas auszupowern und das noch dazu auf der KAYKAY Matte wo es einfach nochmal drei mal mehr Spaß bringt null weg rutschen ich kann es nur immer wieder waren JEDER brauch diese matte!!!!! 🎉❤❤❤❤
Hello, I trained this routine two days in a row, Saturday and Sunday in the summer in my city, they filled me with energy to continue with dumbbells and complete an hour, thank you very much (for my top ten).
i love that this is quick and gets it done for the days when I'm crunched for time.
Edit: but man, it gets harder and harder to keep up with the active rest. The last moves are killer.

Nice workout, rather quick which is useful. I was wearing 4.8 pound ankle weights on each leg but I got 241 active calories and 120bpm average heart rate.I did have to go a little slower on the kick thru and on the plank butt kick largely being aware of the extra weight, but I did enjoy the active rest. Thanks
