I don’t understand why You haven’t more followers on your channel? I really loved your workouts. They are never boring and never easy. If someone doing home training these workouts are perfect to get stronger😘
Maybe because she speaks German on insta. Insta attracts back to yt. But I think the same. My fave yt trainers are underrated. The most popular ones are not technically so good, but they are attracting with insta rolls or other content. I don't get this.
@@dobrawarutkowska I’m generally from Russia, and I’m not on insta, when I first saw Kate’s workouts, I was crazy, and I realized that this was not my level, my level was without equipment, although she also has videos without dumbbells, and somehow I decided try and now I do it regularly on her video))) especially cardio!!! other bloggers try to be more beautiful in the video, it is taboo for them to be not beautiful in the frame (this is my subjective opinion) 😊
I guess, popularity also begins when other youtubers review your content. Her content doesn't have much review on CZcams yet.
I’m following Caroline Girvan. She has really good videos too, but heavier weights.
@@dorottyaolah3279 i trained with her, but i got bored by her same moves same pace, same routine the cardio on Sundays etc, i prefer doing a variety of moves incorporate cardio and strength on every session like what kay kay does or daniel pt..

The core workout at the end was awesome. It not only focused on the front stomach area, but also the back to give a full complete strong midsection.
