    Join me for a quick 20 MIN WEIGHTED ABS WORKOUT to strengthen your abs and entire core. Whether it's an active rest day, post-workout, or just do the workout on itself, a strong core is key for success. Let's get started on your journey to a stronger core now! 💪🏻

    Woke up this morning with some good soreness in my obliques and low back area wondering "Why am I sore?" Then I remembered I did a KayKay weighted ab video yesterday 😂. I just love these creative workouts that really challenge my muscles. Kaykay you make working out along side you so much fun! Thank you from this 40 year old mom of 3!
